Do you think there is a chance that the institutions are buying large amounts randomly to hold as Buffet did with Coke or is it still way too risky? Effectively sneakng in through back door. Multiple purchases of that size aren’t a usual pi buy unless they are very wealthy.

I thought about doing it in reverse.......if it stays low,getting a”car loan” and buying a Sirius. Bit risky but...as ffc says, we all have different needs. My kids are doing what you’re doing so I can see your point.

It’s not irrelevant to the older of us. :-). It would be nice to cream a little off the top before we leave the bulk and the divis for the kids. A pound will do nicely for now.....

Iknow all my kids are buying into Sirius for their sipps. They’re all between 28 and 33 years old so should power their pension with ir for the next 30 years. And to think they used to laugh at me for buying the shares. :-)

Or..........they are ahead of schedule, underspent and are waiting for a more accurate forecast....say 250 to 350 million of additional funding. You never know... Tunnelling ahead of schedule and dockside loading facilities saving cash.

Can’t see that it matters for sxx. It’s at least a 5 year share. The dow may help the ftse and recover what we lost last week on other shares.
