I unfortunately had to pay for a day of a barristers time for a an accident case...£5k for 5 hours and £500 for him to send a letter to the other party before the hearing. He spoke for 8 minutes. Luckily I got it back as it was proved in my favour. DLA Piper will be coining it in.

Hi satellitepro. I can’t see from the roadway as the factory is so large and tall. I’ll be out for a walk this morning so I’ll climb the hill at the back of the old Sheffield city airport and have a look from above with the binos.

Bilboburglar, they can take as much as they like. The primary sub is about 200 yards away with Meadowhall grid supply point not much further as the crow flies. They chose very wisely on the electricity front. As for the November target...difficult without being able to see inside, but if the cabins start to disappear next week then we could be on target. I’ll go again on Thursday for a nosey.

I just nipped down to have a glance before darkness drops in. The difference since my last viewing is marked. It is looking complete on the outside. No outstanding groundworks, substation complete. Reception complete with all furniture. It just looks as though a few steel cabins need recovering back to their respective owners and that completes the externals. New lettering. “ ITM” About 2 metres tall now fitted to the building visible from the main road. It looks almost ready to roll. :-)
