Sattelitepro. I know from experience that a whole chunk of electrical network needed changing, diverting and reinforcing solely for one prestige car dealer to be able to charge more than one car on 100kw chargers. If too many go electric the grid will fail. People may think differently but I know the area where I live could NOT take the additional load under any circumstances. Not saying how I know but I do. Easiest way to tell is to look at a pretty much standard low voltage main capable of delivering 300 amps per phase. Probably on a normal street, outside of cooking times, it will have 60 to 100 amps per phase running through it. If 50% of the street went electric you would be in the dark. 400 amp fuse in the sub would last minutes. Roll on hydrogen.

If you haven’t seen the shape of Hav then somewhere on google or twitter There is a cross section showing it as a carrot shape with Eiffel towers at the side of it to give scale of depth. There are 5 towers and almost 3 of them are effectively the depth at which there is known gold. There is no reason to suspect that it doesn’t carry on to the bottom of the “carrot”. In addition gold grades may be higher at greater depths. Time will tell. I’m happy to stick it out and watch. Good luck but I’m of the opinion we don’t need it.

Morning all. Firstly apologies,I didn’t have time to post this yesterday as it happened fairly late in the day and I was tied up with other stuff. Whilst outside the factory looking for solar panels On the roof I spotted security and asked if they new whether it was close to opening. The person was extremely helpful explaining that she was not allowed to pass on that information but would get someone to ring me back. Cutting straight to the point, it will not be Monday as one of the FINAL operations is being carried out. Suffice to say, after a conversation my “guess” :-). Is that it will be operating in December with an official opening early in the new year. Can’t say any more guys but you’ll get my drift. A very happy Christmas should be had by all.

I wonder if it will liven up on Monday for the pour ? I’m struggling not to nod off with all this excitement. It reminds me of an article in a local newspaper many years ago when I lived in a small mining town called Maltby. Probably in the early 80s. It had become a bit run down and the council organised an evening meeting, Titled
“ Apathy in the area”, to discuss how to motivate people to assist in local projects. No one turned up.:-)))))

Good post Numptypi. I’m surprised it’s only 10k in. The last I heard is it was doing almost 40 m per day. That must have dropped well off.

As someone asked earlier in the week whether the were solar roof panels. Definitely
not. I suppose there is enough space for them after once cash is flowing in. After all it is the size of a football field.
