Great for the battery storage/electrolyte/leasing side of the business which is going to be far more lucrative than the mining side kilo for kilo.
With Vanchem and Mokopane under our belt the overall mining side of the business will also become far more cost effective and a ra ge of new products will also broaden the companies sales base/portfolio.
BMN is creating a company that will far better withstand fluctuations in the Vanadium price and a company which will be best suited to take full advantage of a several vanadium product based market places not just one (mining).

Haha.. Alfacomp, the MVREMX index fact sheet dated today now shows BMN as one of their worst performers.. As I mention, this was not the case a couple of days ago.... Are they reading this BB? You've gotta laugh...

SP Angels say
'The new debt facility makes cash available to accelerate the construction of the new Mokopane vanadium magnetite mine and to restart idled production at Vanchem.'

No mention of BE!! SPA are implying the funs will be directed to mining and V production only...

From their most recent update... 'CellCube is currently in negotiations with other parties with respect to both Enerox GmbH and V23 Resources.'
They've been struggling for a while. Last year's Enerox orders were being shipped this Summer.
Again I don't quite understand why BMN, who are very much aware of what is going on in the V battery industry, had a Cellcube battery listed in their planning application if they aren't going to actually use a Cellcube. BMNs installation is going to used as a showcase too...so again why use a Cellcube if they're struggling with finance and deliveries...unless.....!!!!
A. They've switched and will be using another supplier or
B. They're one of the parties negotiating.

Using the drawdown facility to buy Enerox and its order book and finance increased production levels should be somewhat less than Cellcube as a whole and the income generated could easily start to repay the drawdown...plus some of those orders could use our vanadium based electrolyte and leasing arrangement could be a value added too.

BMO are a market maker as I posted earlier and some of their colleagues iovrr on the other side of the pond have history...

Did someone know this RNS was coming...is that why they spent the morning driving us down hoping to make a quick buck on the back of it...
Today's SP was crazy if you look at the low and high...

YTSS... Shorting is not illegal.
They held a promo conference in Florida and a month or so later it seems Vaneck put us in their index as a candidate... Then the good old boys at TPEP took out their short on us... Both Vaneck and TPEP are US based... Coincidence?
In order for the shorting to be helped along they needed shares and a friendly MM... Coincidence?
Now it also appears they needed the aid of a friendly seller too...
The drop in V price was probably the trigger TPEP needed to even consider shorting us together with the fact BMN would remain a single play miner until 31 Oct...(since moved to 7 Nov)... So they had a clear time female to work to. I don't for one minute believe BMN were in on any of this.

Trust me our lead Broker knows all about what has been going on... I made sure of that.

The SP was traded within a set band to take care of Vaneck. Could it now simply be the same wicked MM trying to buy up all the available shares they can in prep for 7th...if other MMs or brokers were buying then they probably wouldn't be able to hold the SP or tank it like they have...

Is Tanya referring to TPEP and Vanteck?? Is this a message to PIs? Is this the company acknowledging what has been going on re shorting and SP drop?

Agree Alfacomp...that BMO Presentation didn't do us many favours did it...if they hadn't added, then Vaneck wouldn't have had the shares to loan to TPEP and we wouldn't have seen the shorting we did...
It's about time BMO started bring in the bacon and getting us some real investors onboard....

Oh! yes...might this have had something to do with them adding BMN as one of their components!!!!

The MVIS Global Rare Earth/Strategic Metals Index Factsheet was updated today, click on Factsheet in this link to open it.

They only show their top 12 out of 20 components (companies) on the Factsheet and these plus percentages match those listed on the site index summary list (link above). So assume both updated together.
One interesting little point - this time last year the BMN SP was right around 28.0 however at the start of 2019 it almost 41.0.
So why isn't BMN showing in their YTD Worst Performers on the Factsheet. Can only assume they weren't one of their components at this time and were added much later on in the year....
