However, he was happy to mention the fact they have interested parties and commercialisation is underway (hiring)...which to me does look more like a deal.

All will become clear at some point and that point is getting nearer by the day...

That looks very much like an Alliance Agreement to me...they didn't buy the IP they bought the rights to a percentage of profits with the IP owner doing the commercialisation using the upfront money from J&J. Dah Dah...

Avacta have always said they wanted to keep AVA6000 for themselves haven't they.

Once AVA6000 is proven and commercialized then the rest of the pipeline can easily be licenced off which again is what I think they said they would do leaving Avacta free to then move onto developing the next stage being TMAC...

If C7 doesn't produce a MTD then what's the point going forward any further as they have observed significant shrinkage in one patient and some shrinkage in others (a point which I think was missed by some on here). With the introduction of 2 week dosage a) shrinkage should be seen to occur sooner and b) there's a possibility MTD might be reached.

I got the feeling Al was saying it all seems to be now based more on observable effect and not so much safety which has been proven.

Tumours have a horrible way of fighting back and if you can administer large effective doses rapidly (ie ones that have the capacity to shrink/distroy tumours) then not only do you have a product without major damaging side effects you have B) A CANCER CURE....this is the key to all this. Dox was never a cure. Dox in the form of AVA6000 is potentially a CURE.

Afraid it's the consequence of the deal but it has given us two very nice new income generating additions to the company with a great chunk of change left over for either more purchases, further new product developments, expansion into new territories etc.

That's why companies go public for the investment/fundraising.

In the not too distant future this drip drip and dilusion will very much be a thing of the past...

It doesn't always signal buyout or merger. Many companies enter into Alliance Agreements and if this is with a big pharma they might have their own people they want to put in certain Board and/or key positions. An Alliance agreement wojld give pharma some control without full buyout but with first option to buy later once product(s) proven...'farm in' as they generally call it these days.

No SP goes up in straight lines...yes it was a brilliant RNS yesterday but we're still in early stage trials and until someone puts up a dollop of cash and signs the bottom line there is still no perceived serious value/confidence as far as the markets are concerned. PI's will pay the price they are given when they decide to buy. II's can dictate to an extend what they are prepared to pay and use big orders as a carrot. PI's look at the rise in price and tend to pile in on the rise...not so II's they do most of their buying at lower levels and then sell back to PI's on the rise. An SP drop should not always be seen as bad if you are confident in what the company is doing.

Yesterdays RNS and Vox Podcast clearly tell us it's working beyond expectation. Efficacy has actually been realised/seen. Timescales will be shortened due 2 week dosing trial, costs reduced and financial runway lengthened.

Data due towards end Q4 which hopefully will include some data from C7.
