looks like someone picked up 2m shares today at 0.2p a pop. potential bargain time if prepared to take risk. i/m going to transfer my main holding to tsx, with oil price slowly starting to stagger back who knows. good luck to you all whatever you decide to do.

Good Afternoon Mr XXXX Further to our conversation yesterday, I can confirm the following with regards your holding in Edge Resources: Once the stock de-lists in April, the company will issue us with a share certificate or an electronic statement which should be transferrable to the Toronto Stock Exchange. Once we have received this we will be able to establish with our foreign custodians what your options are, and you will be notified in due course. At present, it is not possible to provide you with a more definitive timescale, but we will not have any further details until after the de-listing. been in touch with barc, who confirm below. They are getting their corporate actions team to look into this ASAP, but looks favourable, to just change account name to international traders account, plus a £1 per trade price increase.

Like you I hold my stocks in an ISA and they will be transfered accross to my Market Master. The international traders account apparently is a 5 minute online form. I spoke to them again today as some people are suggesting extra fees and I was assured they would be the standard fee to trade and 1.5% currency charge, same as I was told on Friday.

Barclays do not deal on TSX, nor do interactive investor. thinking of moving dealer wholesale, but there may be costs involved.

seems 0.21 to sell and 0.23 to buy 100k 0n barc currently.

think its talk of opec and russia cutting production rates to force up the price of crude and investors grabbing stock that would do well in that event. however it hasn't happened yet.

Ohhh for that crystal ball. With such dramatic loss of crude oil investment and research into obtaining more, if any deal was to materialise to limit crude production prices could easily return to previous levels within days. That buy could easily become a multibagger, as an aside, low prices makes Brads negotiations easier if hes after new or existing fields. We know hes looking hard, but prices are not what he wants to pay ....yet.

i'd agree with you, 11 year low for crude oil, thousands being laid off in the oil recovery and exploration sectors everywhere. No real sign yet that OPEC will budge from their "pump hard at any price" policy. stock in the btm drawer, but not selling (or giving away)

Believe me Womo I share your pain, for holding strong while losses mount. Its clear that the Saudi decision to keep pumping to force the frackers out of business, did not consider just resourceful the Americans and Canadians are at reducing costs. This is echoed with this company. Indeed the ones that may go bust is the Russians and some Opec members, while even Saudi is loosing unsustainable amounts of money. Everyone bet on the american producers to go bust...I think Opec (with behind the scenes russian intervention), will be the first to blink, and we will see a heavy production cut to force prices sharply north.

very good news, clearly suspicion will be that with the latest drop in crude prices its had the desired effect of dropping the asking price of some juicy assets that Brads clearly been eyeing up. Does someone know something??

Yes I'm happy to hold at a huge paper loss here as I'm a large holder. I keep asking myself how long can prices be depressed when those oil producing nations are running ever increasing losses. Even the big daddy of them all saudi, will be bust in 5 years at current expenditure which it cant easily reduce. Shale oil drilling is drying up and well production rates of those wells is naturally diminishing so demand V supply will soon be in equilibrium. However so much confidence has been hit, and with the delay from planned drilling to oil flowing which can be years, my fears are that oil prices when they rebound which swing extremely to a high. It really wouldn't take much, and prices would be $125 a barrel. On this company's front, I really cant fault Brad and the way he's streamlined expenditure, thats why I still believe ( and top up every month but don't tell the misses). At current price a great buy with multibag potential.

Just did a slight typo there, meaning Brad does not boast or brag, in order in inflate the share price.

Hello Smidsy, Yes Brad is a really dark horse, very little communication with shareholders but does bull**** either, common knowledge that he has been eyeing up some more acquisitions, but at the right price. A larger operation that Brad could streamline into profitability, would certainly get my vote...and my continued loyalty.
