Many thanks Elrico, for your viewpoint, seems we've both been badly burnt in the past and in my case to the tune of over 6 figs.In that case I also had fairly regular correspondence with the CEO quoting all rosy before it went the way of the pear when the bank foreclosed. That was my fault in hindsight, and as you say I missed the money signs. However it is a lesson learnt the hard way. Fully agree with the time scales you speak of, in fact thats pretty quick in for large companies as due diligence does take a great deal of time, and i suspect some are doing their own testing just to make sure before they stamp their own name on the products. If we were taking on new products we would certainty test them thoroughly beforehand, regardless of what previous trails had been completed.

The gorilla in the room is "how much money are we going to make". If we could have accurate profit projections, the value of this share would fly or slump, dependent or what they were. and why are the company not giving out that information.?? Well many investors like me are very suspicious and reluctant to part with their hard earned and many like me have been seriously burnt previously on the AIM market. To answer that question can I kindly re-post the answer from Elrico, who is an investor I trust and I know has spent many, many hrs doing serious research on our company. "SOH: I think people misunderstand what you can say in an RNS. If we give any information on profitability it is seen by AIM as a forecast from the company and we have to then report to AIM on our progress on this. Any deviation outside forecast will have a large effect in the share price, one way or the other, and if more that 10% outside forecast will require a profits warning or trading update. Given the early commercialisation stage of the company where we are still building our deals and commercial pipeline their is a limited trading history on which to make a reliable forecast and the position is changing monthly, as we add new deals. We are not in the habit of guessing to promote share interest but are building the company to create sustainable long term shareholder value."

Amazing really, mind you every village has one, guess he'll buy back at a couple of quid. Normally its investors who have sold hoping to buy back cheaper. They then get disgruntled when it does not happen so then do things to verbally run the stock down to try and get others to sell up so they can recover from their foolish actions. They come out when we see good news to try and downplay the stock. Some sound very professional and even work in boiler room teams. Some boards call them trolls when it gets obsessive but dont think its the case here, more like my first comment.

Hi Zeon, Still in talks with American and Canadian companies. Todays announcement was probably from last year, so its not really surprising that its taking so long. I expect some of these companies have already done some "unofficial testing" of our products, hence the delay.. We would in similar circumstances. However now we are seeing storage and production facilities being set up, these companies are really serious about large scale production and selling of our products. Also it reinforces what we know...the products do work well. Hearing from more diligent investors that they make current potential income already approaching the 5m annual mark, as we now have multiple deals with 12 companies, over a range of products. I really do believe in this company and its the reason why I'm well overweight in this stock along with my 12k share top up today. But its not jam in the distant future.. Clocks ticking pretty quick now inflection point is upon us. We will be rewarded very soon I believe.

Welcome Broxburn, Well you will be pleased to hear I actually disagree with you, thats because of the amount of deals opti have already signed up. we know talks are ongoing for yet more. as soon as the first reasonable pay checks start to come rolling in, investors will simply quickly calculate what the rest will soon produce verses cash flow and thats the game changer. so if i was to take a punt i'd say a mere 18 months from now, and you would view this as one of those best ever buys. its the overheads verses payback potential that gets missed with this stock..like producing the latest phones for less than a quid a pop. but as always DYOR and it seems like you have.

got to put it into perspective, compared to other companys like tescos, lloyds, unilever, we are. which ever way you cut it. any financial adviser would say the same. but with the risk come the multibag potential, and they had the decency to point it out. my book its a potential 10 bagger, and ive won before on much riskier plays.

Spot on there elrico. Can certainly play one against the other for most lucrative deals. A great position to be in. Here we sit in that limbo period when multiple deals are signed but contracts are in their infancy. I'm expecting initial returns to be low, as is the way with most successful companies as most dont recognize that most companies will pay 6 months after sales or so. In which case first returns will be back end of this year if we are lucky, and will just be for first sales. However we know our running costs are very low so wont take long to move into the black.

Pretty predictable bounce this morning. Looks like the greedy mm's limited investors gains by raising the price and spread before the bell. we would have seen a lot more buys for sure if they had held it at our close price. However always nice to see any rise, we wait to see if our seller has finished.

Nice one Visaninn, already up nicely. Think you may get a lot more back than 70p this year.. more like 70p profit per share. Certainly a lot going on behind the scenes, and seems our director has the inside track so hes lining his pot ready for an early pension with a major share purchase. To be honest we've already been informed that there is a lot going on behind the scenes so this sort of confirms it, Think one of the problems with aim shares that with other companies we've also heard this from CEO'S before, invested and got well and truly shafted, for our efforts. However Stephen has been as good as his word so far, but this "skin in the game " goes a long way in my book, so well pleased today, and even more with my top up buy before the RNS was announced.

Certainly an upbeat message from Stephen, "lots of things going on that we cannot announce to investors" also "1/4 ton of slimbione of to the US to a partner. " sounds like the forerunner to a major deal. And a depressed share price.. rude not to have some.

yes must admit I've had a few myself today, not at the btm price but I wanted to see the recent slow drop turn, and start upwards. Nothing wrong with the company at all..highly positive, just wanted to see what price could be obtained...It is the time for "Christmas bargains" after all. ..In my book anything under 70p would be a steal for these.

Excellent post jupiter and a must watch for every investor. Per talks about strong indications of another market order from HLH Biopharma on top of the two already filled..Our products must be highly marketable ...and I expect this will be much larger as well. Also a great deal of progress with progress and marketing campaigns with PHD marketing to start and possibly more interested companies wanting our products this year and into next. Talked about the all important ramping up of incoming revenue streams and can really see company growth happening.

Cant quite fathom your "boiler room " tactics by trying to **** off and decry stock you dont even own...Must be for some "fatherly type of advice" then, and theirs silly old me suspiciously thinking you were being paid to **** off stocks to try and drive the price down as to gain a price advantage, which in many peoples opinion is the worst form of poster. Clearly I was wrong.

At first pass it seems like nothing new, we have a leading professor who is going to explain opti's very latest products at short notice to a leading scientific and commercial audience. We have been hearing down the jungle drums that opti is getting interest from big phama, as our products have results nearly on a par with their products with no side effects. What better way now than to have a full on demonstration and endorsement from a scientific probotic expert. May well "sharpen up" any competing suitors for our products as well.
