Shareprice if anything is getting stronger despite attempts to hold in check. Institutions can have very deep pockets indeed, so doubt they have slaked their thirst for shares. Brilliant to see this kind of demand, its rare indeed to see it happen towards the end of such a great run as well, with demand seemingly at any price.
Only time I've seen it before with another company was when we in hindsight believed that had received some information about a positive oil strike. It can effect the normal market buying and selling from pi's, when they know big brother is taking everything they sell, hence making any chance to buy back cheaper as much as the UK winning Eurovision.
Also inspires even more confidence thinking share price is underpinned, and whats clearly making the professionals very greedy for stock.
Ones things for sure.....they aren't getting any of mine at all.

Someone is trying hard to put a lid on things, another 165k stock sold very close together around 13:03. great to see those sells just swallowed. Clear institutional buying on the open market seen over last couple of days. That means the house broker has probably phoned all the major holders and asked if they wanted to offload any chunks. Failure of that means they go to the open market.

Good spot Ted, probably means the seller has finished offloading, as he could have sold more at better prices now if he had the stock, unless it was a effort to try and cause a snowball which failed.

I tried a little top up at 72p, wouldn't take my order, looks like its rebounding already.

New all time highest close, strong constant buying pressure throughout the day. Well done to all the investors here. No sign at all of any news related offloading, in fact the complete opposite, which bodes very well.
Think its worth recapping what might happen if a very positive or negative RNS is lodged and the stock opens with a figure starting with a 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9 or triple digits.
I know it might sound like sucking eggs to some of the pros on here, but after a substantial RNS either positive or negative, MR. Market will value the company either higher or lower depending on the substance and prospects of the RNS released.
Think its important for investors not to think "price has jumped or crashed , time to take some profits or get out from the status of how things were, but more like .....Things have now fundamentally changed (good or bad), with the company, and now must be viewed from this perspective. ..Might still decide to part sell or escape altogether, however well worth doing it after carefully assessing the news and likely longer term market reaction.
Reason I say this (and I've done it myself), thought "brill made X times my money" and took a good chunk out almost straight away. Then two hrs later when the bigger boys have their morning meetings and discuss latest market developments new positions are taken or positions increased /reduced. By then some smaller investors have made a bit.. but left loads on the table after waiting ages longer and taken all the risk. Sometimes they buy the following week, as don't have strategy meetings every day. Done this myself and found stock had already gapped up, and cost more to regain original stake.

Know we certainly are not alone in reducing OPTI exposure when the last results were announced. Thats exactly whats pulled the current price down, however believe their SBTX holding may pull their price up very soon so might even see some profit taking and going the other way. One of the big stumbling blocks is investors often don't like to offload a stock at a loss so hold until recovery. I learnt the hard way on other stocks years ago, when "holding till recovery" turned into "stopped trading and delisted". so they do have quite a few "trapped bulls" there. However I dont think for one second that things will be that bad there or I'd already have been out of there. However do feel SOH underestimated investor sentiment when investor expectations didn't even come close. Although I'm still holding a decent 6 fig amount there, I doubt I'll be topping up there until that confidence is restored. Just too many other good opportunities about currently, even if they are unlikely to deliver such potential rewards.

I believe OPTI are a good buy at the current price. Pls let me explain.
Many investors like myself held both with the larger holding being OPTI, when we saw less than the perceived "brilliant sales growth", many investors trimmed their holdings there and purchased here.
Those actions have currently re-couped OPTI losses for many, myself included.
So now we have a depressed OPTI share price due to that selling, and I believe sales are still strong albeit from a small base. so a very good investment for a safe stock with still good potential in sweetbiotix and the SBTX holding.
Indeed lets muse the last sentence, if OPTI wanted to distribute its SBTX shares it would amount to 4 sbtx for every 10 OPTI, or £2.80 worth of stock for every £5 of opti held. IF SOH wanted to box clever could include a forward reference date for that stock distribution.. might even have a long holding period as well to prevent stock price collapse after. Or even a cash divi, which I least expect.
Most holders here hold both, so have spread the reward/risks. Just my 6 eggs anyway.

yep I can guarantee that quite a large group of investors will be here before 8:00am for the next few days until the study results arrive.
Then going to pour myself a nice strong morning cuppa and sit down and slowly enjoy the full read. Just be aware that released RNS's dont always appear here on time, best search through "investegate " on goggle which are more timely.

74p being paid now, blue sky ahead. However I do have some concerns when you see the last minute trading , because thats just it, only short term money whose owners will be selling later this week regardless how bad or good the study results are.

Fully agree older and wiser and traintracks, even ticked up your posts for feet firmly on the ground, and importantly one step at a time. Still risks involved and been caught before from unexpected quarters. Certainly never borrow to invest or over leverage yourself, seen it end in tears plenty of times. Getting those first few thousand subscriptions in is key, then we can gauge speed of customer take up. I remember seed who managed to break 1m in sales in the first year from scratch used some of OPTI's product, and that's also with just social media advertising using known figures. Mustn't lose focus that we currently have didly squat sales right now. One things for sure...The only way is up.

I have been asked by a poster how I see potential price coupled with profits going if we have good news next week. Also asked for explanation.
Need to put in some assumed figures as accurate as we can estimate. Such as annual costs going by last year which did include exploration costs of 1.6M.
Shares in issue as current 157M, will take subscriptions at 10K, 25K, 100K.
Margins are presumed at 70%, (have some data which actually points 10% better than that). Also wont factor in any other market streams or economies of scale. Also believe previous years losses can be offset, but wont allow any of that either.
So at £365 per subscription gives £255.50 per year PP.
10K=2.55M, 25K=6.38M, 100K=25.55M
10K minus costs = 0.95M profits. 25K =4.78M profits, 100K =23.95M, Stuart did talk about 500K subscriptions and that gives 100.40M per annum profit after expenses.
Most companies in a regular sales type environment would pitch about a P/E of 20. However if Mr.Market can see a rapidly evolving income stream that can in exceptional circumstances be valued north of 50. I firmly believe that once we have significant proof of subscriptions passing the 10K mark price will rocket further in anticipation of the next subscription milestone. clearly annual expenses are range bound so will further increase profits as markets grow.
So 25K subscriptions on a P/E of 20 gives a true market cap of 95.6M, for an average company, but with an expected P/E of 30 gives 142,4m or a share price of 0.91p.
However if subscriptions are still pouring in from the psoriasis forums at this point Mr. Market will clearly see what's happening (Winclove producer can produce enough to satisfy up to 500K per day). This stock will then undoubtedly become almost unbuyable as the buyers market is truly huge for this product.
Moving on to supplying 100K subscriptions and by this time the price might be going crackers...I'd expect Seneca would have already offloaded to other iii by then. If subscriptions are still pouring in and likely to increase much further market would go for a p/e towards 50 which relates to £7.60 per share. Thats 100K, and by this time we will be having predators circling, and the party gets really wild... Remember ARM?
Its why I've posted before that in a short time anything under a quid will seem like a bargain.
However lets keep our feet on the ground here, and see how things go with just the first subscriptions, and good luck to all true investors here, with just one snippet before I go.....Did hear a certain person reviewing the first study results said "I'm stunned".

Still got to be hard nosed about things, margins are good with creams but I dont expect to see massive amounts of royalties quickly, however psoriasis treatment is a completely different animal where there is a unmet need amongst sufferers even if its just some dry skin which most people suffer with from time to time. Believe most of us would benefit from this treatment because from the actual words from a close relation from a study participant.
"His complexion changed, best he recons he's looked for years".

I know all focus here is on the current study, the anti ageing products from sbtx are pretty unique as well and likely to be including in a full range of skin creams. These products have high margins, and could be worth just as much to the company with similar time frames.
