I wish I could come up with the words to explain.
This is a market not a shop
Every transaction requires a buyer and a seller. If I offer shares for sale someone must step up and want to buy them and vis Vera.
Once a share is traded on SETS the algorithms rule not the MM's
If I want to sell then buyer is is mostly in control so the price will be below the "share price"
And finally - as each transaction is a trade the. The only way to identify if the
If I want to buy then the seller is Mostly in control so the price paid is higher
So
When a site attempts to display trades "Driven" by someone selling the site looks for th lower price and again the opposite s true
Again every trade includes a buyer and a seller - the ask and bid define the published share price and that is driven by someone publishing the highest buy price and someone else publishing the lowest sell pric
Oh - read a book
Quoting rumour that Boris want some to help get the funding through
Haha I guess Jim has already sold and looking to trade before news. He thinks he can impact the SP with his b#%^%*{} sadly this, and any board is only designed to keep the uninformed involved while making money for lse and the market. We pay our money and take our chance. Any investment in AIM is a gamble. Stakes are high and so are the rewards if you choose correctly. Take a chill pill, DYOR and take from a board what you can while ignoring the opinions good or bad when it's not backed up by fact. BTW third hand from "a mater down the pub" does not constitute research even if the pub is the Paternoster

looks like our 250k seller is not in today
As I see it much depends on the dilution, yes how much but more importantly the price. that dillution is an overhang now and once the price is set it will limit the share price until its complete and unwound. I have been here for a long time and I wil still be here, god and the tax man wiling in 2024. DYOR, GLA etc etc have a good weekend.
Get pump and dumped
Does the market as SXX to clarify if they know why the price has spiked
So I read _ senior debt has issues with China TorP still not addressed and European off-take not done. (I would have hoped European TorP would have been a joint venture based in Teeside). Overall we are behind the plan but still have funding for 1st quarter and second if we slow down. $400 to $600 can't be addressed until senior debt is in the bag.
Convention says it will be a girls name but the school kids will probably call it drilly Mc drill bit
My assumption is that they have an obligation to give an employee some shares from an historic agreement, exit or bonus and don't want to just issue the shares new. (We all know how sensitive a subject that is). So they just bought some on the open market and stick them in treasury until needed. We will see DYOR GLA
Absolutely right, the only difference being we have a product in the ground so if the company went belly-up the mine would probably still get delivered - the difference being existing shareholders would be wiped out by new capital raising to re float.
This isn't a game and there are many including me who are heavily invested - ask yourself what would happen to me and my family and read this

That said we have. Great project and board with excellent non executive directors who really understand what is happening plus a major shareholder who has/will have a seat on the board to keep a wary eye out GLA
Well I feel someone wants to run a decent pump and dump, do a good job and I'll sell. No one can be that wedded to a share, particularly one that carries as much risk of failure as this. It's like playing the lottery. So guaranteed me a profit now and I'll take it. If the price drops I'll buy back in. If it doesn't I'll move on. Each to their own I'm only here for the beer and the money
That a sale is still on the cards - sorry if it's already been discussed a week or more old.
Karin "You have previously indicated that there has been outside interest in Salinbas. Now you are in total control of the asset, has that interest continued?
The interest has certainly continued, and we have kept it satisfied. At this stage, we are not entertaining any particular dialogue on what we are going to do with the project. We need to advance Salinbas in our own right to further de-risk it and really demonstrate what we think is there. We are not just looking a million-ounce system; this is going to be considerably more sizeable. Once we can show that, we will then look at next steps because we will be able to add more value than we can now.
