Belgrano - it’s a tough lesson here. We exchanged a few views when I was a shareholder here and didn’t see eye to eye.

This morning is a stark warning that investor should stick together and not be divided by less than capable board.

I warned of Tom Winnifrith here nearly 2 years ago. The guy is a charlatan. TraderBuckie is one of his dupe accounts. As is Truant2tb. Both pumping this stock at the expense of genuine folks.

This will come good in time, I’m sure. Just needs some commercial direction and honesty.

Absolutely. The dox comparison is massive. Absolutely huge. Show an increased PFS in 12 months time and Avacta becomes a Dx company overnight.

Other prodrugs have dosed over 2000mgs dox Equiv and still remain similarly effective. The dose isn’t a focus of mine, more how effective it is. My hope is that we are able to see some really good PK data in the coming months. That should be the focus right now.

Christmas should be good, but we’ve been here before. PK data and people will be sniffing around before P1b.

Also, they won’t leave it until the early February to raise. We were funded well into 2023 but went early - for good reason. He’ll resolve funding this year, either way.

Jake Thornton. Good, honest investor here. Nice of him to share his interaction with AS. And fair to him taking the time to reply. The comment on the ‘experienced board’ is encouraging.

The lifetime dose doesn’t apply here Rip, as it’s systemic exposure which we’re not seeing due to AVA’s MoA. Unless I’m misunderstanding.

They can run concurrently, as you say. The interesting (best) part for me is the AE profile is very consistent across the range. Downside makes it difficult to predict where an MTD may be.

The MTD search will be an interesting follow. AEs are presenting so will hit it at some point.
