Either way if their buying the project companies and their not in admin their buying the shares that are attatched to them. How can they be seperated ? Any ideas
And as the project companies are not in admin if they are buying them rather than taking them in court they will efectively be buying the share holding. How can they buy the project companies with out buying the share if the 2 are linked. Just a thought. Unless their rules are way off normal proseedings
Or are they only 25% shareholders in the project and not in a.m in which case they have no share in the bond payments or share in a.m which leaves us with no where to go accept that we own 75% in the project companies
The bond payments if not bought by s.i.s.g are a.m dept not the dept of the share holder and also as s.i.s.g have 25% share in a.m also have a 25% stake in paying the bonds so cant buy the project companies with out taking over the bond payments and taking the share holders with them ?
What im saying is they will be transfering their 25% shareholding in a.m to s.i.s.g so how can they transfer their own share when their share is efectively attatched to our share ?
Wouldnt it be the case that buy buying the project companies s.i.s.g would be buying not only a.m 75% share and protecting their 25% share thus carrying our share over to them as well as their own 25% share. How can they divide them if their efectively buying them
If the parent company dont own the mining equiptment and the mining rights and lease and they dont buy the whole thing instead of just the project companies we will be left with a peace of paper with a.m written on it
Perhaps their trying to keep a part of the mine. After all it would be the same for mampra. They have to pay s.i.s.g to ship their ore so why cant a.m plus s.i.s.g have all the running costs now and not a.m
Maybe a.m may be able to limp forward seperately paying to use s.i.s.g new inferstructure with the money from the sale of their project companies inferstructure while they regroup and find funding
It seems to me that they are only interested in the project companies and not a.m as a whole so does a.m own the mining equitment and the lease of the mine and the mining rights or do the project companies own them
I have registered this morning to pay the fee and sent price paid for share pages as requested as I never sent price paid when I registered my holdings. many thanks
