If a.m dont get any serious offers they may as well let us shareholders and bondholders set up a limited company and transfer their stake to us and we hire a project manager to run the mine

Cant see em paying any more than 500 mil for it which wont help us

Wow thats good news so if we can speak to the bondholders and ask the to come in with us a.m wont have any dept to pay apart from firms that work for them that we can negociate with going forward

It can be done just like the oil company like u mentioned. Grant probably knows this but hasnt thought of it. The chepest way is to find a partner willing to pay the pfx dept because a bank would want us to stump up 65%

Then if they want to buy it they we nagociate with us if shareholders want to sell it all as a package. Crazy ha

Then have the project companies put back under the umbrella of the new ltd company so that they cant be attacted by hostile takeovers without buying the ltd company

Wouldnt bondholders rather have a stake in a 60 year return rather potentialy getting nothing back on their investment. If the sale goes threw for penuts they and us will get nothing so its food for thought

Aproach the bondholders and ask them their thoughts as they have some leaverage as they are owed money and therefore can bargain with a.m over the stake in a.m if their only going to get 50% back under their insurance if the money they will loose if a.m cant cover their money in the sale

Plus if we raised the money threw a backer i.e a bank or partner to pay the dept that s.i.s.g holds on the project companies we as shareholders will own them and the fisical assets under a new ltd company

Guys forgive me if i sound like a complete lunatic but as they are trying to buy our shares in the project companies for nothing couldnt we find a backer and a project manager and buy our share in the project companies from a.m with a ltd company that would cost penuts to buy set up on the shelf if our solisitor can block the auction. Ft would rather sell to anyone than s.i.s.g even for a pound lol the last part was a joke
