Conversion of loan notes and issue of equity The company announces that it has received a notice of exercise by Darwin Capital Ltd to convert 15.0 loan notes with an aggregate par value of £0.38m into equity in relation to Tranche 2 of the convertible loan note, as announced on 15 May 2017. The company has therefore issued 37.5m new Ords to Darwin at an issue price of 1.00p per Darwin Share. Application will be made for the Darwin Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on or around 15 September 2017. This conversion will result in no remaining loan notes outstanding from those issued.

Graphene nano has sighned its first contract with a tier 1 company for one of its products so money from these placings will go to strenghening its position.

We are almost at a point where this is going to turn round so selling now if you bought above this would be silly. I mensioned 3 months ago that it would be wise to wait till darwin had finnished. Earnings per share here are 5.74 so its hardly a donkey. Its currently trading at 4 times less. And has a nav of 11.38. So once it turns round over those levels and eventually higher. Peeps will scoop up soon as when it turns it will move quickly to between 5 to 7 with a few bumps along the way to make you sell

I dont think any of todays sells so far are darwin as there to small. Just peeps in general just because they didnt go straight up :) Tiny amounts so far.

Holiday season at an end for pubic buyers who wish to buy. Most on monthly saleries get paid end of the month so should see some coming here in a week or so while price is low

Most peeps use these type of services day to day now and its growing. Even buying their weekly shopping, gas electric, toping up phones etc etc. Each new maching installed adds more and more to the pot. We are talking thousands more machines. As there expanding i would imaging profets will go back in to expand further rather than show a profit but that would mean a bigger revenue year on year eventually turning to massive profits anually.

I think we will get good news on revenues as they would been adding more mi pay machines so adding more revenue
