It seems we have a mameth legal task ahead of us even though the sl gov are more or less saying we have no rights.

So if we get any clout in court he will be aware that not only can we clam for resonable compensation he can also be suied for damages caused by giving faulse statement to us an aim and other parties. So watch out mr timis youve got yourself in a right mess.

Uk ltd company rules were changed a good while ago to make people on the board more responcible for their actions and held more acountable even down to their person assets to stop them starting up dozens of companies and folding them up when they feel like it

And i am willing to chase ft or anyone else as long as it takes till a reasonable outcome in court is secured as are the rest of us taking legal action

Also ft is ultimately resposible for any faulse statements in rns and as its a uk ltd company his person assets can be seised to pay for any clames against his company so if we dont get our money from a.m then the next down the line is him

I actually bought a.m shares because i thought s.i.s.g would eventually buy a.m but screw us over in the process. Doh

I guess a proper evaluation of the project companies is pie in the sky if knowone else bids and the auction isnt overseen and a starting priced is put in place at the start

Ive just registered with admin and expressed our conserns about the auction and our action to pursue some compensation

So piltik i surpose it will be up to s.i.s.g wether they dispose of our shares that we own in the subsigeries as a.m own them or carrying them over to s.i.s.g

And wouldnt that involve our shares being carried over to s.i.s.g if they choose or paid to a.m to cover depts before we get a snif of any left

Hi piltik. So if the 75% shareholding is being bought in auction wouldnt it be a.m that are selling it so thats our shares being sold as we own a.m shares which own the 75% in the subsigeries !

Even if another bider made a higher offer the sl gov would probably block it in favour of s.i.s.g unless they backed it up in court and whos going to bother with that. Knowone

Its going to be very hard to get any value in auction if s.i.s.gs subsigery are aloud to sell the assets rather tham a.m being aloud to sell the assets unless other biders up the price which probably wont happen

I dought that admin will desove a.m untill the project companies are transferred because of any money owed to a.m threw the sale and transfer of share ownership of the companies. Whether this translates into transfer of our shares to who knows but thats whats surposed to happen as long as a.m is not desolved before the sale of the project companies subject to how their set up

Administrate dont just desulve companies as we all know. They also oversee transfers of companies and funds. Lets hope they have some sort of durisdiction in this auction so when the companies are sold that they get a little value and not let them be sold without carrying over the shares attatched to them
