A lot of glossy bo**ocks with SEYE at the moment. Until they actually get out and have a car on the road similar to the CT6 it means nothing.
Reminding me of the documentary I watched the other day about Theranos and Elizabeth Holmes.
P.S. - Must see if you haven't
Viktor writing an article should not make you second guess anything. When you invest in something you should have a fundamental knowledge of the whole picture including the market.
If Viktor was correct, then SEE should have announced Volvo by now.
Here are some facts.
• Guardian re-occurring revenue pays for R&D. R&D is vital for future developments
• Insurance arm with NTI and others
• AUS Military
• ISO compliant
• On the board advising for EuroNCAP
• Ford, GM, Merc, FCA, BMW
• Xilinx, Veoneer
• Qualcomm
• Occula
• CAT
• KMs Data from Guardian
• OMS
• Chip solution
• Cheapest solution
Can someone list out what SEYE have done? Apart from winning 1856 models but not actually being installed in almost any and if they are its switched off. Are they even ISO compliant? How much naturalistic data do they have? Do they have a chip? If so, what are the barriers for entry.
Sooooo many questions

I agree with your guestimate Brock.
The points you bring up haven’t necessarily been brought up in that exact wording. However, we do know the following:
- Business will rarely disband a product that improves safety. Guardian not only improves safety, but it also gives a monetary incentive via insurance premiums and the government.
- For some reason I think the contract was 3-5 years (maybe Paul or Ken mentioned) can’t remember
- If a truck is off the road, I doubt they freeze monitoring costs. That would be like having Netflix but not switching on your tv for a couple of days. You still need to pay. (This is a guess)
- The incentives and customer retention for Guardian is what makes it a great.
It would be very hard for a business to justify getting rid of a safety product that is proven to save lives. The backlash would be huge….
I know that the cannot do it - but I reckon we are going to get a wave of RNS releases with 2 weeks to go before results.
My spidey senses are tingling
Absolutely agreed, we knew the potential but I don't think any of us could have imagined the magnitude of the potential. On that basis alone. 5p is well below the ceiling. You don't get a minnow signing agreements with power houses like Qualcomm without Qualcomm doing some due diligence. Whoever signed the MOU with SEE would not sign the dotted line without doing some due diligence. The players that we are talking about here are not what we envisaged a couple of years ago. The end of October will cement and reward our patience, research and insight.
If this turns out to be true that Seeing Machines is the provider of DMS in the Qualcomm/ASUS gaming phone tie up. Take my money…..
Speculating here. Although, if true it could be bigger than auto. Phones have a 1-2-year cycle on average and are used by 55-60% of the planet.

Looks like we are up for another award
Great question Stan. Your comment is true in many ways. All the barriers to entry that we know of in DMS Seeing Machines has covered.
- Price
- Edge case scenario driven with 5 billion kms of data and counting
- Chip & hardware solutions
- Easy Integration at all levels
- Proven in the real world (CT6)
- Governing bodies approve (we consult Euro NCAP)
- Human factors driven
These are all the barriers that come to mind yet Seeing Machines are arguably the leader in each category. So the question is why do we have this 30-40% market penetration prediction. That I cannot answer but what we do know is that Seeing Machines biggest competitor is Smart eye* who are needing a fund raise (without any vehicles with there technology on the road) and in the past won models that have been postponed.
Top that off, BMW have moved to a different supplier for DMS in later models.
*apparently
Send an email to Masayoshi Son explaining to him in 5 minutes what Seeing Machines is all about. Watched a documentary on the guy and that is what Jack Ma (CEO Alibaba) did.

I was thinking the exact same. Surely SEE would have had a presence there. Although, not sure because of the COVID restrictions & the cost cutting.
MOU agreement with $$ before the 30th would be nice. Or another OEM agreement with Honda. I don’t mind. Either one, I am not picky
Now that users need to pay the $25pm subscription fee for Super Cruise. Does SEE get any $$ from this? or would it all go to GM?
I am that confident in this company and how it is shaping up to be a huge player that I am going to increase my holdings 10 fold in the coming weeks.
I am not trying to brag at all and I am sorry if it comes off that way.
The excellent research on this board is second to none. The loyalty from most investors on this board is incredible. Being here for over 5 years and still seeing the same names pop up over and over again speaks for itself.
We have gone through tough times (still are) but I am so confident that we will all be rewarded for our commitment and loyalty.
Speaking to experts in the field like Colin, Ken, Alex, Ed and you guys cements my thoughts.
You are correct. When I visited the HQ i did see a Honda Jazz with all the bells and whistles. As Ken has mentioned on Linkedin - SEE has been working with Honda for a long time in the R&D space but that didn't mean anything monetary.
Although, That could change very quickly. Actually, seems like it has already but who knows......
I thought this news was known already.....
These guys must be very busy. We haven't heard from either of them in ages!
