Simple question: Seeing Machines & Collins Aerospace
In 2019, Seeing Machines and Collins Aerospace announced a collaboration to develop an integrated pilot monitoring system for commercial airlines. The system combines Seeing Machines' Driver Monitoring System (DMS) technology with Collins Aerospace's Pro Line Fusion avionics platform to provide real-time monitoring of pilot fatigue and distraction. The integrated solution received certification from the FAA and EASA in 2020.
In 2021, Collins Aerospace announced that it had signed a licensing agreement with Seeing Machines for the use of its DMS technology in a range of applications, including commercial aviation, military aviation, and ground transportation. The agreement allows Collins Aerospace to integrate Seeing Machines' technology into its products and services to enhance safety and improve operational efficiency.
The collaboration between Seeing Machines and Collins Aerospace highlights the potential for innovative technology solutions in the aviation industry to improve safety and efficiency. However, as with any investment, it is important to conduct thorough research and analysis of a company's financials, management team, growth potential, and competitive landscape before making any investment decisions.
Reading back through your posts is comical CFP.
You’re like a message board Robin Hood. Going round warning shareholders about companies and rampers on LSE.
I applaud your devotion
PS - FY2022 trading update looked very positive

How much value will cenkos put on auto with $900m revenue pipeline?
Plus Guardian now bearing fruits (installations much higher then anticipated 32, 0000 + 5,000 still needing to be installed)
(37,000 x 30pm = $13.5m - not bad at all)
What about aviation?
Very confident. Extremely pleased with that RNS.
Total revenue potential of over A$900m - you would not put this down if you were not quietly confident because it could turn around and bite you. As Aaroon mentioned, $900m must include either VW, Toyota or Honda imo.
Guardian is now bringing in the mulla too.
Complete package.
Well done all
Why do you comment on a BB about a company which you obviously don't like? That's the real question that should be answered.
At least Terry has a vested interest in the company. Also, Terry does contribute to this board with plenty of research and you can't blame someone for being optimistic in something they believe in.
Moral of the story - I would rather have a pint with Terry than with you
Bought in at 870. Very happy with that. Looking to make 15-20% profit and then scoot on out of here.
I also agree with the majority - the value is very bloated and seems to be based on the American model (valued on a story).
I will be waiting for a correction in the Share price to then come back in at a later date.
GLA - Lets see what tomorrow brings.
Due this week.
Anyone having issues logging into Iwebshare?

Is that a DMS camera in the A frame of the car? We know that position has been adopted in the F150 which we all believe is Seeing Machines
LIF - Even for Paul that is a pie in the sky estimate I think. SEE has always been conservative with guesstimates. It also doesn't include the other parts of the business Aviation, fleet, and doorbells.
I'm topping up.
- Waymo confirmation
- Hearing NDF's voice again
- Safestocks
- Max is working overtime
- S7 is still here
Its been one hell of a journey the last 7-8 years but the apple tree is soon to give fruit.
Congrats all
they want a guest from SEE to appear on the podcast + Colin and someone from SEYE!
I am assuming Alex is on about Mike Lenne as he mentions Euro NCAP.
That would be a great podcast
mention SEE around 30mins.

Worth a listen. Alex mentions SEE being in BMW, GM, and Ford.

This could be huge for DMS especially with the new administration under Biden
Brock your concerns are valid but SEE have addressed these concerns.
1. Cadillac Supercruise is hands down the most successful driver assist technology out there. You just need to Google the reviews and it will tell you.
https://www.slashgear.com/cadillac-super-cruise-review-2018-ct6-18527744/
https://www.motortrend.com/cars/cadillac/escalade/2021/cadillac-super-cruise-is-as-good-or-better-than-tesla-autopilot/
https://driving.ca/chevrolet/auto-news/news/gms-super-cruise-ranked-better-than-tesla-autopilot-by-consumer-reports
I remember reading somewhere that something like 80% of Cadillac customers would not buy a Cadillac without Supercruise.
2. Regarding pricing. Here is the Seeing Machines RNS from last year which talks about the "3 pillar strategy".
https://www.investegate.co.uk/seeing-machines-ltd--see-/rns/next-gen-embedded-product-strategy-for-auto-dms/202009020900037976X/
Here is what the house broker had to say about it:
the Cenkos (house broker) note published today provided a very positive take on the latest developments, with analyst Marc Bunce commenting: “We see the launch of Occula (TM!) as an exciting development for the company with this step change in the Seeing Machines technology expected to further the gap from its peers in benchmark testing. It is the result of significant work under the radar and the announcement demonstrates confidence in the company that it has world class technology not just in DMS but also human tracking and detection. With the added offer to license for virtually any embedded or ASIC application a Tier 2, Tier 1 or OEM can think of, Seeing Machines has brought its top tier performance into easy access and affordability for all vehicles (and locations in vehicles) as well as other applications. This will undoubtedly increase its potential market share in automotive but will also no doubt pique the interest of other technology developers and integrators. Seeing Machines is therefore opening back up from a transportation focussed technology company to a human-machine interface technology supplier which could deliver further significant value to investors which is not reflected in the current share price.”
3. Since that RNS Seeing Machines has accomplished:
- MOU with leading Semiconductor Company (still waiting on who)
- Seeing Machines extends its industry-leading DMS to Occupant Monitoring
- MOU L3 Harris
- License agreement with OmniVision
- Tie-up with Qualcomm
I hope this answers your concerns.
