We didn't get the holy grail RNS's land this week that most of us are after (L3 license deal, Semiconductor license deal, or the F150 RNS).
Still time for one to land before the 2020 Financial Results on 2 November 2020.
Although, I am still happy with how the week has panned out. Couple of highlights from the past year.
- Federated Hermes 9.95% stake (US investment)
- The results from CR's latest testing of 17 Active Driving Assistance systems. (Super-cruise wins by a country mile. differentiating factor DMS)
- GMC Hummer will be equipped with Super-cruise
- 2021 Cadillac Escalade will be equipped with Super-cruise
- Recently, Cadillac shared an interesting statistic: 85 percent of Cadillac CT6 owners want Super Cruise in their next vehicle.
- Great success story for Seeing Machines & GM - many more models to come
- GM and Honda establish strategic alliance in North America
- Veoneer and Qualcomm to Power Next Generation ADAS and Autonomous Driving Systems
- AMD buys Xilinx
- Seeing Machines LATAM won the biggest Guardian contract in that region to date
- 2 x MOU have been signed. One with L3 Harris and the other with a semiconductor company still not named
- Partnership with Qualcomm for the SnapDragon platform
- Candybar trade mark for the aviation industry (I think its a cool visual representation of the eye tracking data)
- CAT to deliver & support Seeing Machines’ Guardian 2 fatigue monitoring tech for light vehicles

Many more things can be added to the list and that will be highlighted on Monday.
a bit of an enigma to me - haven't heard a lot about them nor researched them. Although, I have a suspicion that maybe I should.
The timing of the 3rd party publicity is most welcome.
- All the noise from L3 Harris
- the testing organization report (CT6 taking the top spot)
Great endorsement all round. Not only is the report praising Supercruise it is highlighting DMS as the game changer.
HELLLOOOO THAT IS SEEING MACHINES TECHNOLOGY
At least we know L3 isn't cash strapped. Also, L3 are working with CAE on the SCARS project.

Proves that the technology is relevant and a necessary building block for further automation levels. (Not that this is something new).
This article should be shared on every platform by Seeing Machines.
This part excites me most:
“GM is rolling out to more than 20 vehicles - including its new Hummer electric pickup truck - over the next three years.”
I am more excited/hopeful to get one of the MOU license deals signed before the results to be honest
My Goldman Ballsachs prediction is a loud of waffle. I just couldnt miss the golden opportunity BUT if I am right I told you so... haha
I am Nostradamus as Alex Roy would say
The RNS could come later in the day. As TLS pointed out "It is expected that Admission will occur and dealings will commence in the New Ordinary Shares at *8.00 a.m. on 28 October 2020.*
No Rush. We know it is happening. Although, I would have liked another bit of news.....
All in due course.
Arrgghh... I don't think it will be Goldman Sachs but I couldn't miss the Golden opportunity to write Goldman Ballsachs.
Sorry, I am immature
Goldman Ballsachs
7am Monday - Friday I will be smacking the refresh button.
A lot more Morg.
No matter what side of the fence you sit on. There is no denying that SEE has an impressive list of collaborations, numbers, patents, MOU's, Naturalistic data and more.
That is why the likes of Smokey, Baxter, HGD, and finally CFP stay around because they know the opportunity this company has.
They are pulling your leg fella. Read last years worth of RNS releases. Look up Safestocks and Semicast Research (Colin Barnden) Look up Viktor from Redeye.
- Look at the financials reported by SEE & its biggest competitor SEYE.
- Look at the collaborations partnerships. SEE has Veoneer, Qualcomm, L3Harris, Xilinx. SEYE has Ambrella
- Look at Lewbo's chart (can be found on his twitter account)
- Look at the importance of Guardian and how it will crop up the rest of the business and pay for vital R&D
- Look at the insurance arm
- Look at the 5b km's of naturalistic data
- Look at the patent numbers between SEE and its competition
- Look at the awards and recognition
- Read up about Supercruise & Ultra cruise
- Look at the Cadillac CT6 - Check user reviews and take up rate for Supercruise
- Look at Ford. Specifically the Mustang & F150
- Look at the RAAF (Project Jericho)
Its mental to think where the share price is. Regardless of who becomes King or Queen of DMS. There is an opportunity to make money at these level for sure imo.
Lets all wait for the 2/11 and then we can start playing games again
Sorry, not the AGM the 2020 Financial Results and Directors Report.
My head is in the clouds
One more RNS with a value attached boosted by a positive AGM could see us hit 6-8p and then who knows from there.
Just as interesting as the US election.
Still believe Seeing Machines will multi-bag regardless
Some statement by Viktor. Very, very bullish
Ahhhh yes. That's the one. My apologies.
Thank you muchly.
