I haven't come on here to warn anyone, I'm here to talk about the company as I see it, new investors will also want to talk about the company and a lot of investors here are clearly uncomfortable talking about the company's actions, performance, perception.

Without funding the underground will stay mothballed and the heap leach doesn't look to be capable of producing 1Koz per month.

One puzzle is that there is not a single potential funder willing to lend the full amount but multiple funders are needed.

Wonder why that is?

As far as I can tell the waiver was for them to renegotiate / refinance the debt.

Goldplat mothballed the mine and with GCAT the current underground mining is mothballed, there's only open pit and heap leach in PRODUCTION, there's a significant amount of loss from the production to smelting process, when you run the numbers.

I'll wait for the circular or something more concrete for the market to decide if its priced in.

This circular would include details about the proposed share issuance, the reasons behind it, the terms of the issuance, and any other relevant information. Additionally, the company would likely release a Regulatory News Service (RNS) announcement to inform the market and investors about this intended action.

Also BJ, if you're are really saying that this £3.15m share issuance is priced in and the current MCAP is £5.17m.

Then you're basically valuing the Company at around £2m without the share issue.

"priced in," means that the market has already taken that information into account when determining the asset's current value.

The market doesn't currently have that information because the informative RNS containing the above information hasn't been issued.

Therefore it is not priced in and that makes you a baseless ramper.

Nice try but nothing is ever priced in until its on the market and then the market reacts.

The market doesn't even know what the issuance is going to be used for and the company hasn't released the issuance number but somehow you've managed to price that in.

Nothing is a given until it's over the line, surely the previous funding failure has taught you that!

BJ and that's exactly why the prospectus isn't finalised.

They need the funding to land to push up the SP before finalising the prospectus.

LSE is showing the GCAT MCAP at £5.17m with 1,878m shares, the authorised extra shares worth £3.15m is less than £5.17m so it's really obvious it's going to be less than 1,878m shares extra.

So the shareholders who voted at the AGM knew they were voting for the company to increase the share count by around 1,145,454,545 (at last closing price)

And you seriously think that's is priced in?

Everyone invested is facing 50% dilution and those at the AGM voted for it.

The market hasn't been told yet (via RNS) even if there could be 1 billion shares issued.

Probably the most misleading comment I've seen for ages as the company hasn't even issued them shares yet, so they can't be priced in at all.

Also it doesn't put your telegram group thing in a very good light if you're not allowed to discuss something that was discussed 3 months ago does it?

This is London South East Share chat and that's exactly what I'm doing talking about the GCAT share,

Positive and negative gives a clearer picture to everyone and people shouldn't be afraid to question without another poster making assumptions and not wanting to discuss it further.
