So, the total troy ounces from the processing plants would be approximately 3,256.43 troy ounces.

This is where your EBITA argument doesn't stack up because no one knows what the production between now and the end of September will be.

You can quote the guidance (and that's all it is) of 20 - 30 mmscf/d for H2 but there's only one week long shutdown forecast in H2 and the natural decline was on course for 20.8mmscf/d and below as I've already explained in the first year the production can at times drop to as low as half.

Just to get an eight week waiver, IOG had to address bondholders concerns with the above condition.

It doesn't sound like the bondholders share your EBITA ramp idea.

Ridiculous argument to make as Bacton is shutdown at least a week, they'll be no time to generate enough earnings before the end of September.

I fully expect the company to be refinanced by then and the bondholders will take their extra €5m.

Other people have mentioned dilution as possible source of funding, last time around it was pre-sold gold, have they moved away from this or was it just too ambitious at this stage?

There's always going to some sort of down time, whether something wears out or routine maintenance, it all has to be factored in.

I'd much rather they under promise and show growth going forward.
