that any event of default arising out of cross default from a claimed event of default under the subordinated LOG convertible loan note is waived until 31 July 2023.

Yes it's called a cross default whereby a default by the borrower or issuer on one financial obligation triggers a default on another unrelated obligation.

Love it when people forget or don't mention there's also additional £11.6m debt the company has which actually means that they don't have enough money to cover or the working capital... hence the situation the company has found itself in.

But I suppose it doesn't go with the agenda.
