I wouldn't call that successful at all.

There was no provision in the bonds terms for an extra €5m in the event of a bond waiver.

Therefore, I'm concluding the bonds will be repaid early.

I think the bondholders will be paid off by the end of the month or just after. The €5m extra suggests an early repayment to me.

Lol no chance of any takeover anytime soon. IMO just traders making stuff up again.

Zan, tbh I haven't looked deeply into Tanzania, I've always viewed it as a waste of resources at a time when the company was far too small to branch out IMO

If they make something from there it will just be a bonus in my view but they would have been better focusing on what they had, there's plenty of potential opportunities in that region.

I won't be adding anything until the financing is over the line.

Therefore suspension is on the cards and it is connected.

No we are getting somewhere because changes in financial terms, discussions with bondholders, or any adjustments to the company's financial situation might require additional review and assessment by the auditor, which could contribute to a delay in the financial report being finalised.

They've already have the relevant information to hand as the half year operational results show in the 'Initial 1H23 Financial Information'.

If it is connected and I think it is, this will go into suspension pending results.

The end of September just happens to coincide with bond waiver but it's no coincidence. IMO it's connected.

When is the 3 month reporting window up for the financial report because it's suspension if they don't release it in time.
