If they issue the financial interims AIM rules will force a suspension of trading.

It won't affect the operations that's separate but the decline from July to August suggests there's more decline to come.

Before any waiver extension, the company releases a proposed waiver agreement (for the bondholders to vote on) and then the outcome.

The company so far has not reached the proposed state through negotiations and at the same time the production has decreased. This in itself makes any negotiations harder to agree.

Odds on its going into administration but we'll have to wait and see.

Awful ramp wait until the end of September or the next RNS. It's either administration or dilution.

There's plenty of buyer's and the MM's knows this hence the 13% spread. They'll gladly take your shares and resell them lower, in the meantime time trapping more chancers.

I'm extremely doubtful they can get any non-dilutive financing over the line....
