I genuinely feel for underwater shareholders here and I don't think it is over, there's still time for them to pull a rabbit out regarding the financing.
Shame so many rampers sucked in genuine investors. Majority of AIM companies create a big loss for PI's without being ramped in.

Snooz, could be more than 20bn shares but the Company would survive, the bondholders would be shareholders, the rest of the debt won't affect the company.

Debt for equity would be my guess. Shareholders would be considerably diluted but the company would be virtually debt free and in a great position to grow.
Look out for a General Meeting to be announced and then we'll know which way the gas blows!
