If it does go the debt for equity route then the shareholder vote would be either vote for it or vote for administration.

Bondholders have a higher debt priority which would leave shareholders with nothing.

Insiders shares can always be replaced as the company grows.

Snooz, could be more than 20bn shares but the Company would survive, the bondholders would be shareholders, the rest of the debt won't affect the company.

Debt for equity would be my guess. Shareholders would be considerably diluted but the company would be virtually debt free and in a great position to grow.

Look out for a General Meeting to be announced and then we'll know which way the gas blows!
