I think they did a couple of waivers and people mistakenly thought they'd do another.

It was all just a delay tactic to coincide with interims suspension.

LSE have all of our IP addresses, the FCA can request this information. I've absolutely nothing to hide and it's plain to see I've been calling out this situation for a while all the time you've been accusing me of shorting this when it's obvious people were moving out.

I don't think it's a scam, the SP went from over 40p to under 1p with a high debt to equity ratio on underperforming assets.

People who paid 40p, 20p & 10p aren't calling it a scam, it's just those late to the party when the company is in its final stages of life, who tried to ramp others in for them to feed off or sheep who just blindly follow. IMO

Actually I think you're both right to an extent.

IOG plc's current plan involves leaving the existing debt burden with the parent company, IOG PLC, and potentially seeking a cash injection from creditors or other sources to restructure the viable assets.

Shafting shareholders in the process.

Far from it the only realistic options were debt for equity or administration and ultimately that's the case.

From next week LOG's loan notes potentially become payable via a cross default. As they're also a shareholder facing administration it's a certainty they'll call this loan in at some point.

It's such a shame so many people actually believed the ramping rubbish spread on here.

They make people buy, hold and not look at the risks. They sell a dream that on the AIM market hardly ever happens.

If someone deramps, the worst they can do is make someone reduce their holding or see the risks involved.

Rampers are evil and prey on innocent investors for their own gains.

If you see the risk here, the company itself spelled it out on 31st July RNS, and didn't act upon it, then there's no one to blame apart from yourself.

I came on here everyday with the good intention to just try and make investors think about the unfolding situation.

I've been caught before and I also didn't listen to the other side of the argument.

They antagonised me so I antagonised back and it became a sport.

If they'd have sorted out the finance and with a cash injection I might have bought in but the assets were never going to be able to pay back a debt of thst size.

DaProphet, I've never shorted anything in my life but I have been sucked in by rampers before.

I knew their game here and they try and discredit you and everything you say but they can't ever discredit the facts.

The company did actually warn about administration but they all want you to look at the gas prices etc

Reread these snippets from the RNS, there's a potential deal being formulated, everyone is going to lose out but shareholders will lose everything. Creditors get paid out before shareholders.
