I heard TW reckons they won't publish accounts because they'll show they're insolvent.

I'm not sure there's anything wrong with the accounts, I think the Company is trying to lower the price before forcing a suspension.

I suspect its a stunt for people to load up cheap.

Odds on its going into administration but we'll have to wait and see.

There won't be any funding news for at least 3 weeks, until after the costs have been independently reviewed.

Someone said the mine had water issues whereby it was possibly flooded.

Well the jet grouting and geotechnical conditions suggests the complete opposite, the soil is not very good at holding water!!!

This is the sort of rubbish that should be investigated, in June they were also saying 30/40p by this winter.

Company was on the course to administration from February and people do believe rampers posting nonsense like the above.

When they get the funding together it could well be worth a buy, for sure.

Any significant increase in the share count would require a shareholder vote at a GM.

The longer it takes for funding the further back the Construction completion goes.

TBF they did mention no bond waiver could mean administration in 31st July RNS.

There were no further proposals leading upto the end of September waiver and because there wasn't the interims being published in time suspension was on the cards. The operations update was poor and showed a big decline in production.

So why on earth were people holding and buying more?

Encouraging people to buy at this stage is far more criminal IMO
