I take it the £3m subsidiary finance is from the prospectus and will be £3m issuance of shares.

They're not currently buying and averaging down, so you have to look how the debt is structured.

HZM shareholders are the most likely to lose out whereby the larger investors tend to cover themselves.

Premium placings are a facade.. No company ever buys at a loss but they do average up.

Extreme high risk play now, it's much safer to wait on the sidelines to see if funding comes otherwise there's a strong possibility of being trapped in December..

Legal wolf the share price tells you what the market thinks and this is suspended because the company is worried what the market thinks. IMO

That's a very good price but I still waiting for the funding.

This share is suspended there's nothing going to be said on here that's going to affect the price.

Very easy to work out which posters are massively over invested in a suspended share, in the meantime there's a lot of money being made in unsuspended shares.

Swamp, of course their approach hasn't changed as its well documented.

I was referring to the company wasting several months chasing a larger amount of funding whilst producing nowhere near enough to entertain the idea, as they did with OCIM. They would have been far better to have build up production before going for the big one.

Beggars can't be choosers, perhaps RM should have adopted this policy from the start, smaller high interest loans and then when they've increased sufficiently production, to go for larger funding with something tangible to show potential funders.

No sign of coming back on the market anytime soon.

Looks like RM has delivered something.

Got to expect some consolidation, it has risen around 50% from the bottom. It's still got loads of headroom for further recovery.

It's going to be a long suspension if jam tomorrow rampers are getting excited about something formerly known as a tweet.

People on the sidelines are watching us making a lot of money on this recovery.
