Clearly there's something in them financials that will show deep problems within the company.

Small caps are notorious for investors to lose a lot of money and there's loads here sitting on massive losses, the same people who probably tell there's wives off for spending a few quid more on the shopping.

My take is the old Bod had maxed out the company's credit line and they couldn't raise another dime between them.

They've been offered a way out, whereby they are financially compensated and the company avoids certain administration.

The new Bod looks capable of being able to raise the needed funds, it will be at a huge cost to the main shareholders and they will be looking to make the best return possible for them.

Where that leaves retail investors, is anyone's guess but I will wait for the uncertainty to clear before deciding to invest here.

So the prospectus approval could be used as a form of leverage.

IMO The only people who need help here are those that are massively over invested and know they've made a terrible mistake.
