The bottom line is, the two consecutive non-compliance suspensions and the potential catastrophe of Caracal Holdings Ltd strike off would have been.

Imagine a potential funder doing due diligence and seeing all the above, it's not a good look.

The jam tomorrow rampers are missing these things because their focus is several hurdles away!

They need to do a TVR, the share count must be over 2bn, with the prospectus in place most likely over 3bn shares.

There's a hell of a lot of jam tomorrow pumping going on which has zero affect on a suspended share. It's not exactly a tier 1 resource lol

I'm glad I didn't put any more money as there's so many other decent opportunities out there, all those trapped are missing out on are currently making decent profits.

There's better mining plays too, GCAT should have changed the CEO IMO the share price would have been higher and not in suspension.

He's just a trader flip flopping positions and probably having a nightmare taking 5% and missing out.

There's No jam tomorrow pumping here the fundamentals alone will bring a decent recovery making smarter investors a lot of money in the recovery process.

Whole market will be on the sidelines watching this recovery play out.

My thinking is when the funding comes there's still going to be a while before the Construction is completed and that's the area/zone I'd like to buy-in at.

I'll miss the original rise but get in on the second in good time before production.

The recovery here will make people an awful lot of money on the way up as it has come down from around 220p on a profit warning.

Good to see the SP fairly stable, there's been no more larger holder's selling down which bodes well for the extra funding.

Even though this is a tier 1 mine, I will still wait for funding before buying in.
