HARL, has only ever needed a £80m UKEF guaranteed loan. You could tell by how worried the number of de ramping non holders, like Broomtree were , who at the time tried to ( unsuccessfully argue) that it could only be used for Export work. As usual their bitterness clouded their eyes and their lack of education meant that they were not capable of understanding the true business situation . A 80 % means that they will pay a slightly higher interest rate. The good news however is that that rate will be substantially lower than the one now paid.

It can facilitate collaborations with other companies, governments, and institutions, potentially leading to more contracts and business deals and an increase in the SP..

Seems like Harland and wolff, just like myself value collaboration and believe that it has substance.

We will win many orders on the back of our new Technologically advance equipment. turnover, Margins will increase and with it profits will be made. Not so long in the future, as Lottie pointed out, we may well be enjoying a dividend here.
