The danger of selling, as i have mentioned before, is if a follow on RNS which gives details of interest in IM from other parties arrives shortly after. HARL may have already done a very favourable deal , with the proviso that the ruling goes HARLs way. In that case, the SP could indeed pass 50p.

To be honest , i dont think it will break 20p, but will probably flirt with that SP level. The dilemma lays with the distinct possibility that we may get an upbeat RNS , shortly after the judgement, stating solid interest from a number of cash rich large potential investors/buyers. An IM sale would conservatively add 50p to the SP.
