Surprised there's not more interest in locking into a 10% yield which is only helped by the share buyback programme as shares held in treasury are not paid a dividend so more money available for actual shareholders.

Let's not confuse the BOD with Major Shareholders who tend to get their way by sheer weight of numbers. Shenanigans are not required. I just traded 16.6% of my holding and banked a 45.6% profit - hopefully I can buy it back cheaper in due course. GLA!

Time to buy shares in a company supplying rotten eggs! It sounds like a good business proposition. Subscribers could pay £20 per month for a dozen rotten eggs to be delivered so they can throw them at AIM Directors! Suddenly, I see the flaw in my business plan: nothing to stop punters buying their own eggs and keeping them well past their best before. 0.15p incoming wouldn't surprise me - this company is in desperate need of a new CEO! 100% rise in the SP if Rosser quits and Eileen takes command! Mark my words. All she needs to do is sell the company and deliver the shareholder value we've all been craving. No previous knowledge of geology required.

There's definitely a contradiction. Then again, why would a 9m buy send the SP up if there was a 9m sell to offset it. Doesn't quite seem fair to other shareholders but WTFDIK? Keeping the SP as low as possible would appear to be in somebody's interest! I don't quite share extrader's faith in Elphick wanting to preserve his good name - stronger evil forces may sweep him underfoot! We'll see. A simple 200p takeover offer would solve everything!

Considering how few PIs are invested here it may well be the cheaper option as opposed to a long drawn out court case in which all sorts of facts would come to light. Come on, do the decent thing!

Out of date already after I sold 60% of ORR to increase my holding in GEO by 33%.

And bear in mind what a generous takeover offer will do for Martin Rosser's CV! As if he deserves any credit - only for driving the SP lower. "If your company is in need of a takeover offer I can help!" Could Tim Livesey have made a worse job of it? He certainly left a sinking ship and did well for himself. Come on Eileen - sort this mess out!

Can't be bothered to watch! A placing is very seldom a strong endorsement - correct me if I'm wrong! In my experience it's used to keep the Directors' coffers topped up. Lost all faith here and Eileen must be phoning all her contacts in the hope of a generous takeover offer. That will get everyone out of a hole.

But nowhere near true value of the gold in the ground - excrement happens!

It's very liberating when you finally lose faith and sell up! So many more opportunities! Apart from ORR's eternal problem with persistent sellers we now have the 0.36p warrant ceiling. Meanwhile the Directors are paid for not doing much. Thankfully today's new investors didn't buy on a spike but they might want to consider their position over the days ahead. I'm here for the gold in the ground - ORR's management are irrelevant! But they will hold on for as long as they can, kicking and screaming!

...but it's not good news! Since I exiled myself until January 2026 I've sold 90% of my holding - a couple of the "big" sells today are mine. ORR is now definitely a lifestyle company regardless of Eileen Carr's holding which I note has reduced from 5.02% to 4.66%. I retain 1m shares in the faint hope ORR will be taken over - the lower the SP the more likely! Interested to see RAB Capital taking a position after I've been assured on numerous occasions on here that ORR is too small! Think again! EDV just agreed a JV with EST - what a shame ORR couldn't attract an £8.5bn company! I have switched my hopes of a jackpot to GEO which is now my second largest investment after ZIOC - we'll see and GLA!

Just wish it wasn't so volatile - I'm starting to feel sick! Admittedly I'd overlooked the cash in the bank so it's looking even better than I thought. GLA!

A very welcome tip but even though it's a British company they appear to be only listed on NASDAQ - too rich for the likes of me! Maybe not - I'll give it more thought. Certainly GW Pharma has done well - many years ago I used to deliver to them in Ely. A few people in a couple of rooms can be worth £millions.

Can you expand on what it was like in the early days of GGP? Was the interest as muted as it is for GEO at this stage? What exactly blew the bloody doors off?

I suspect times have changed since GGP rocketed and the POG certainly has. What's struck me is that I should've been invested in gold producers over the past year not gold explorers.

Not sure about that but only a year ago this was a company valued at £20m before a lot of bad luck fell on it like a ton of bricks. If it survives I would expect a placing to cover all its costs while out of action. Hopefully at a premium to the current SP and then it's full steam ahead! I love a happy ending.

Neither Catbert nor extrader address every shareholder's worry about the company being taken private at a pittance. Very worrying. Or else they take it for granted it won't be in which case it's most reassuring. Place your bets! Pleased to see another of my holdings up 20% but in days of yore that news would've sent EST up 100%. It's interesting that an £8.5bn company chooses to do a JV with a £10m company rather than take them over and worry about it later.
