Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
That would be a good question if it weren't so laughable! What has ORR achieved over the past 2 years? Mr Market has taken a view of ORR and nothing on this board seems to change that view. More buys than sells mean the SP rises. Time after time rises are sold into. The way to get out of that rut is for ORR to announce a JV partner. If Cameroon 2023 is California 1849 all over again then a JV partner shouldn't be hard to find.
Your arrogance is deplorable! And, by your own admission, your views are worthless! Not sure why you're so concerned about LOGP's fate as you never said "the price will fall precipitously as we approach 18 March 2024 (when LOGP will cease to trade on the exchange)." A lot can happen in 6 months!
It's a cloud hanging over it and the 49.7% rise in profits can't have helped! But I share your optimism as all the CMA can do is require the sale of various veterinary practices in certain areas. Meanwhile, CVSG expands elsewhere. So, £30 by Xmas 2024?
Hi Veteran10 - I'm 69 and the Zanaga jackpot might never arrive in my lifetime. Not sure how old Elphick is but you'd think he'd rather bank his profits sooner rather than later. Otherwise, what is the point of ZIOC? Is he expecting it to be worth multiples of what it is now further down the line? Do the deal now and let everyone move on, FFS!
A very uplifting speech! And no need to apologise for failing to fret! But, with the SP where it is, I think fretting is a perfectly reasonable response. Could you possibly have a connection to ORR? I see you have also commented on ARS where I was previously invested in the days when they were Kalimantan Gold. And also GLR which I have thought about investing in but didn't. Bring on the Cameroonian Gold Rush but ORR still needs a JV partner.
"and you have until early 2024 before worrying about CMA." Strange comment as the CMA is why the SP is currently where it is!
Sadly, I don't recall Lansdowne pitching a merger to Barryroe. Why didn't they bite their hand off? Maybe legal advice echoed my opinion? Pleased to hear about "a fair amount of activity in recent days". A swift decision and $100m in LOGP's coffers is what I'm hoping for. Fat chance!
...and thar she blows! How long is a piece of string? Slightly shorter than the time it takes ZIOC to hit the jackpot! Obviously, patience is all that's required (he says from the grave). To the BOD's eternal shame I'm going to have the lack of a Zanaga jackpot mentioned on my headstone if I die before they deliver. Possibly on my death certificate too: "lost the will to live after the Zanaga jackpot failed to arrive." Get a bloody move on, Elphick!
Agreed, project finance will have an astronomical impact on the SP - up 1000% at least? So I'm surprised more gamblers aren't interested at the current SP. Or maybe they've all bought and nothing's happened? It would be funny if it wasn't costing shareholders a fortune. Why does there appear to be a bargepole between ORR and a major miner interested in a JV? What else is happening in Cameroon? Is ORR in competition with other exploration companies?
It's all very depressing but I'm determined to go down with the ship! Otherwise, all my research and investment has been for nothing. Losing patience has cost me dear in the past and the pain is excruciating when a share rockets 250% shortly after I've sold - far worse than losing your investment entirely when a company goes bust but then you only lose 100%.
I just wish the SP was much higher so every 0.01 didn't have such a dramatic impact! But, dear BOD, that doesn't mean I want a share consolidation! And I'm sure you don't want one either. A kiss of death on top of another kiss of death.
Surely Tim with all his contacts can attract a major JV partner to invest in Cameroon? Money down the back of the sofa for them but a lifeline for us long-suffering ORR investors (including Eileen).
I agree: anything is possible now. However, I'm no lawyer, but I can't imagine BEY can reverse themselves into LOGP and then expect to sue under the ECT for the losses they've suffered while unable to sue. What interests me is "the Company can seek to become an investing company pursuant to AIM Rule 8, which requires, inter alia, the raising of at least £6 million and publication of an admission document." Is that the simple way forward while awaiting $100m compensation?
Existing shareholders certainly don't want to be diluted but what's in it for whoever provides the £6m? It's all very sad - things could've turned out so differently and developing Barryroe would've done wonders for Ireland's energy security.
You're sounding more desperate and more American the more posts you post!
Good luck to whoever managed to buy 1m shares @ 0.0995p! Assuming it's a buy. Only sorry I paid 11% more earlier this week. Percentages matter but at this level it's best to ignore them! I'd hate ORR to go bust before Cameroon succeeds.
Surely one major miner could find some spare change down the back of their sofa to keep ORR afloat?
I remain confident and hope Eileen won't be disappointed.
Fortunately she has far more to lose than me!
Good luck with topping up - foolishly I paid over 7p for my top-ups on the way down from 18p.
Not sure I can agree with "I think we should be at least 9p/10p here and back to May levels. The drop has been overdone."
Assuming it's a binary bet, the current SP is irrelevant but circumstances have definitely changed for the better yet the SP is where it is. So maybe nothing much has changed. A coup in the Congo won't help.
Some of us remain on the other board who are glad to see the back of MM! Useful research or endless waffle?
