LOGP still asleep. Anyone care to forecast a future SP? I'll be happy with 4p but, in theory, it could be a lot higher! Unfortunately LOGP has to answer to others.

There are other reasons for posting negative comments! And how could one post drive the SP lower? Get real or demand more money from your overlords! Actually, you deserve less!

Welcome back but you're not making much sense (as ever)! I think you meant you should've left your money in GGP. Obviously, we would all agree it is far better to invest in a share that goes up but waiting around for a miracle also has its supporters!
ZIOC will deliver the goods so why not invest now at less than I paid? Looking forward to hearing your comments after you've missed out on this multi-bagger. Fully aware that you could be sneering for some time to come...
Memo to ZIOC Board: Get a move on to prove simonthezealot is under the wrong impression!

By "binary bet" I mean Barryroe will either be developed or it won't. So investors either hit the jackpot or lose everything. Things are looking more promising but there is some opposition to any oil & gas development in Irish waters.

Can't help noticing RRE is up nearly 25% since I declared it not to be "jackpot material"! Still, can't invest in everything...

If destitute and I are "rainbow chasers" then we're extremely patient ones! We've both lost money investing in PXOG after giving Ed several years to deliver shareholder value. Yes, there has always been "huge potential" and good luck to anyone who can get their timing right with PXOG!

You shouldn't be happy sitting on a 70% loss! And you shouldn't be relying on magic rabbits! For all anyone knows PXOG might be # 1 Top Riser tomorrow but I guarantee it will be a Pump'n'Dump. This week I heard a very true comment questioning why anyone would invest in extremely risky no-hope oil shares while there were plenty of quality shares available at bargain prices. AIM lifestyle companies like PXOG will soon find it impossible to survive unless they miraculously produce the rabbit out of the hat! And that has to be a good development.

My oily 50 bagger is obviously LOGP but it's a binary bet despite encouraging recent developments. Another is ZIOC which will be developed but in whose lifetime? At the moment it's the closest its ever been but that doesn't mean anything will happen soon. Dark forces are at work... The third jackpot is ORR which Mr. Market treats with disdain - DYOR! As for LBE, I'm simply backing the Management's previous track record and I'm a LTH.

...and notwithstanding the Church of England's position I can't help noticing the SP has risen this week! And the 52 week high was only in January which I also find encouraging for some reason.

Unfortunately I spend far too much of my time " thinking oil". Thanks for your recommendation which is just the kind of share I'm looking to invest in as soon as I've hit the first of several jackpots. One of which is oil-related and it's not LBE. For me, a jackpot means at least a 50-bagger. While I don't see RRE as jackpot material I do like the very few shares in issue and the very high yield.

As for dipping your toe in 3 months time - it's as good a strategy as any! Let's hope the SP has trebled by then.

What do you do in your spare time? Alternatively, how many people are covering your shift? Are they working 7 days a week?

You're doing a grand job! But, judging by the SP, you're preaching to the converted. What I would say is: whatever your opinion about the future value of gold ORR is cheap! And if the price of Gold should hit the stratosphere the ORR SP will respond disproportionately to your advantage. Assuming Gold continues to be the "safe haven" it has been in the past. Who knows about the future where baked beans might be the best investment? Can't see paper money having much of a future and how many millions of idiots will queue to invest in bonds paying a negative interest rate?

Your post reminds me of Elon Musk exchanging his salary for share options which have served him extremely well! If only all AIM Company Directors shared his confidence we'd all lose a lot less money! After Thursday's bonkers plunge I increased my holding by 26.75% which was equally bonkers - where was I when the SP was 3p? It's a very good question. That was then and this is now? ZIOC has to be the best bet but how long can we afford to wait? It's a pity Mr. Market values ZIOC so lowly but when is he wrong? Quite often when it comes to takeovers! Which won't apply here without Glencore's blessing. Grrrr!

You need to be more optimistic! The upside could improve... Production costs staying the same while the price of oil rises means enormous profits and who's to say they don't miraculously start pumping more oil?

So 30p on Tuesday? And then eventually 500p? Or why not 1100p? We are living in very strange times and, not for the first time, I'm tempted to invest everything in ZIOC. Shame I didn't feel the same way when the SP was 3p!

Unfortunately ORM Directors may well opt for the best deal that suits them! i.e. the one that will keep paying their wages. We all know the cash value but where will it be invested? Making an offer for ORR would be a good move, both for Directors and shareholders. The Gold price is heading into the stratosphere unless I'm very much mistaken which I could be in these strange times. Negative interest rates do my head in!
