I really intended not to post this Saturday afternoon while ****ed out of my head but you are the only one who posts any sense here. Unlike me. The ZIOC SP appears to be very volatile on tiny volumes. Up 19% soon disappears. Unfortunately for the herd I doubt they'll ever get a chance to pile in so maybe they should buy now? It's interesting the RRE takeover offer was way below the price of the SP in January. Can't imagine a ZIOC takeover at less than 15p! Expect shenanigans.

Good luck with hitting your "target share amount" but I really hope ZIOC will rocket from here so sub-6p means you should've loaded up! What really annoys me generally is all the talk of "buying the dips" as if there's a never-ending supply of money. Once you've bought one dip where's the money for the next one? And if the next dip is lower why would you throw good money after bad? ZIOC is unloved by Mr Market but we all hope he'll be proved wrong. If you want to prove him wrong again take a look at PPC. Fiendish Chinese laughter in background. Seriously, it looks very cheap to me!

Sell, Buy or Hold? I'm holding far too many shares with no urge to buy more. But I wish I'd never heard of ZIOC all those years ago because now I'd be buying twice as many shares. Other posters have mentioned Opportunity Cost and it can have a huge impact - I dread to think if staying invested in ZIOC has cost me more money than ZIOC will ever deliver. That way lies madness. On a brighter note, most of my other holdings performed well this week and I wouldn't be surprised if LOGP delivered a jackpot long before ZIOC.

The more I research PPC the more perplexed I've become. Won't future profits be greater than current Mkt. Cap.? Assuming 5000 bopd and increasing. Anyone know the costs of production? They can't be high as it's onshore. And on top of that they have a $45 guarantee which is neither here nor there as the price of oil rises. And they're linked to Trafigura which I don't see as a problem but others may differ.

You are a very nasty entity. 3 shifts 7 days a week must have cost AML a lot of money to keep the SP high. No worries. Sensible investors will buy after the plunge.

Can anyone explain why someone paid 10p to invest this week? Indicates a very illiquid share which is very off-putting.

You make a very good point! And you sound American! And companies frequently pay far too much to takeover other companies. And I think the Aston Martin brand is worth a lorra money. If you're not English you won't understand - tough!

I remain a shareholder after selling 67% of my holding and banking a 70% profit before the plunge. I'm waiting for the ludicrous takeover offer which will dwarf the current SP.

I'm far more than "mildly positive about this development" so much so I'm surprised the SP didn't rocket 25% on the news.
Earlier this week I bought another 22k shares while ignoring my Guardian Angel - looks more dramatic than Better Judgment! But I don't question their existence - only trouble is there's not enough to go round! These days it's very hard to find a jackpot but surely ZIOC is the # 1 candidate? Hate to think I'll still be posting here a year from now... I think I'll have given up by then like many other LTHs. It's a shame ZIOC isn't attracting the newbies AML attracts or ZIOC'd be £3 by now!

I've had PPC in my Watchlist for several weeks and yesterday I invested. My buy was reported as a sell so presumably many others were too.

Last buy was 1,000,000 shares which "only shows which way this is going" to quote someone on the TOM board yesterday.
At the time I thought they were being ironic but the SP duly kept rising. A function of so few shares in issue. Lost all faith in my investment abilities but it would be stupid not to see LOGP through to the fruitful end.

Yes, a warrant price double the current share price does tend to inspire confidence!
Which is probably what it's intended to do at no cost to the warrant-holders.
Having said that, they'll be as keen as the rest of us to see the SP rocket.
ORR seems cheap to me but Mr Market doesn't agree. Let's see who can remain solvent for longer.
