I don't disagree with what you say but this is just the kind of company where you wake up one morning to find it's suddenly # 1 Top Riser regardless of its merits (or perceived lack of them). The tiny number of shares in issue is a huge plus assuming yet another placing isn't around the corner (or the company goes bust). PXEN either needs to start generating income or possibly engage in a RTO with a bigger player - I'm no accountant but wouldn't PXOG's losses be attractive?

I get that feeling all the time! But in whose interest is it for us all to be here next year or the year after (perish the thought)?

I wouldn't describe 911,634,609 shares as "too many" and 9.55% of those are held in sticky paws (major shareholders & directors). ORR looks very undervalued and I think it's finally starting to attract interest. With Gold booming the SP rise here could surprise everyone. Anyone know how far away the mine next door is that was sold for $400m + ?

Sadly, not very bullish! PXEN is just under 5% of my PF. It could easily double or treble from here or not. What would certainly help the SP is the fulfilment of the promise PXOG made several months ago about future income exceeding Mkt. Cap. which should now be much easier to deliver as the Mkt. Cap. has halved since then!

And ORR rises 1.45% - you couldn't make it up! Why am I invested in companies that go nowhere despite Doing My Own Research which indicates chronic undervaluation? Patience required? Is that the herd I don't quite see over the horizon?

Really? He seems to call it right more often than not and gets so much abuse he's thinking of throwing in the towel. He takes a dim view of PPC which I disagree with but time will tell.

Your knowledge knows no bounds! Never heard of 7 Billion People before your post but now I do! My favourite song is A Man Without Love for obvious reasons! I remain confident with my investment in ZIOC which could generate £1m + profit. Quite fancy a Bentley Flying Spur after reading this week's review in Autocar but I'd be stupid to buy new.

Anyone else think GLEN is looking very cheap at the moment? Other commodity companies are hitting 52 week highs or not far off. Selling Zanaga would certainly boost the GLEN SP. Delighted to report I banked a 21% profit closing my ZIOC T + 20 on Friday. It's the only ZIOC profit I've ever banked! Who cares if the shares could be worth many £thousands more later? Currently listening to Engelbert Humperdinck which makes a change from Captain Beefheart whose Amsterdam '80 CD I highly recommend.

NEVER listen to Malcy! OilmanJim talks more sense but it's odd how often his no-hopers are # 1 Top Riser! As for PPC future profits will dwarf current Mkt. Cap. and still we struggle!

Thanks for your best wishes but I'm not sure I'm a snake because Timing Is Everything. I think PXOG deserved all the criticism we levelled at it and let's not forget some investors lost far more than we did. But that was then and this is now. On paper, PXEN's assets look very undervalued and what's to stop a bigger player suddenly making a takeover offer? And with so few shares available that would be interesting. Buy now while stocks last?

at the moment with PPC which is also not attracting investors despite looking a no-brainer. How many punters have lost everything backing a no-brainer? Possibly those with no brains but geniuses were also harmed. Come on Ed! Finally deliver shareholder value!

Relieved to hear ORR's future is assured! Bear in mind EVERY rise will be sold into if history is any guide. Maybe this time it will be different? Read a comment yesterday that if bond prices keep rising the sky's the limit for Gold. Several governments have already abandoned the US dollar and are buying Gold instead. Not hard to envisage Russia or China buying so much Gold it drives the price to stratospheric levels.

It's a tough job trying to attract new investors to ZIOC! You either believe something will happen or it won't! Add to that the timescale which is the killer. Explains why I've been invested for many years and you can invest tomorrow for far less than I've paid (average 9.4p). Having said that, the current SP seems ridiculously cheap but I would say that wouldn't I? Have I passed the audition?

Stupidest comment ever! If you don't sell you haven't lost? Pleased I exited PXOG when I did which leaves more money for other investments. As for "getting in cheaper" it's a difficult call! In theory, PXEN is very undervalued but how to persuade future investors that this time it will be different? That the company isn't simply a lifestyle vehicle for the Directors? One in particular.

I have become fixated on this! It's superior to Noughts & Crosses but only just! Waitrose Tawny Port has a lot to answer for but I also want to express my sympathy for Johnny Depp who was forced to admit that spending $2k a day on wine was "nonsense".
Currently listening to Elemental Child which was earth-shattering then as will ZIOC be in the future!

IPOs are seldom for the benefit of new shareholders. ELIX looks interesting after it's plunged 75%. Harsh? Tough times ahead.

I sold half my LBE holding this week and banked a 49% profit. Before this week it was impossible to sell. A very illiquid share.
Not sure how LBE will go from here: a placing at higher than the current SP? If it's lower and the SP plunges it might be a buying opportunity. There might be better opportunities.

Let's hope the herd finally arrive! You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. You can invite an investor to study the fundamentals but you can't make him think. DYOR and ask why a company is valued at less than future income?
