Four hefty buys this morning: 145k, 150k, 250k, 255k. More importantly :) I have increased my holding by 97%.

It's interesting to compare MRW with MCLS: MRW Revenue is 12.4 times that of MCLS while net debt is 9.8 times and Mkt. Cap. is 167 times! What a huge discrepancy. MRW could buy MCLS with the change down the back of their sofa. I think 100p would be more than fair for both parties which gives recent buyers a 300% return.

Not sure sentiment will ever return to PPC. Looks good on paper but Mr Market is forever unimpressed. Better off investing in the North Sea: DELT, HUR, IOG.

...or does it? From 48p yesterday to 42p today. Panic-selling due to rising coronavirus cases but actual deaths are few and far between. SGC is wide open for an opportunistic takeover from any company who can see slightly further ahead.

The possible upside here is so amazing EVERY investor should have 5% of their PF invested in ZIOC - imagine what that would do for the SP!

Divide £28m Mkt. Cap. by 1,400 stores (for argument's sake) and MCLS is valued @ £20k per corner shop! Can only assume the huge debt burden is the problem but surely the £1bn+ turnover mitigates that to some extent? Crying out for new Management - maybe BOJO2020's uncle would be interested?

Yeah, I thought that went without saying! But you felt you had to say it... Except we're all personally greedy when it comes to ZIOC so, obviously, pressure must be brought to bear on whoever is the spanner in the works. We'll all be very annoyed if ZIOC's lack of progress is down to one idiot but can it be that simple? Nothing would surprise me. I'm sure the BOD have everything under control as far as that is possible in the Congo. Good luck to all of us!

Just increased my holding by 61% on the grounds that I can find no other share more likely to multi-bag from here. And I speak as an experienced investor who considered buying UFO @ 0.09p but didn't! Grrr! For some reason I'm attracted to companies with a decent asset base desperately in need of fulfilling their potential e.g. ZIOC, ORR, DELT, HUR, LBE, LOGP

You've nailed it! It's politely known as "geographical risk". Or is it more like: "A Mexican standoff is a confrontation in which no strategy exists that allows any party to achieve victory. Any party initiating aggression might trigger their own demise. At the same time, the parties are unable to extricate themselves from the situation without suffering a loss. As a result, all participants need to maintain the strategic tension, which remains unresolved until some outside event makes it possible to resolve it." If so, bring on the outside event i.e. common sense. There are £billions to be made here for everyone but somewhere there is a spanner in the works.

LBE could do worse than offer a decent price for DELT which seems very undervalued especially after winning several blocks in the North Sea. One takeover offer has already been rejected but I'm sure there's a deal to be done at the right price.

Even after today's good news DELT still valued at only marginally more than the cash in the bank. Maybe the oil will never see the light of day?

UFO currently valued @ £21m compared to ZIOC's £18m. Probably more to do with silver than iron ore.
