My prediction is that it won't close above 30p unless another RNS is issued, but very unlikely.

Sushi mate, their offer is 35p plus the $450 million cash injection, end of story. My question is why the cash injection (obviously designed to reduce the purchase price and thus shaft WG shareholders) was not even considered by the expert analysts on here.

Longfell, the promise of a $450 million fund injection appears to be the main reason why the offer is much less than the 75-85p most folk were expecting, so hardly irrelevent. It makes you wonder if such a promise is even legal.

Can James Oxford please comment. Do we sell and try to make profits elsewhere?

So we will probably get an RNS at 4.45pm Thursday 17th just after the stock market closes for the Easter break.

Have just done some brief calculations to keep the wife happy. We hold 16,740 shares (quite modest by your standards) currently valued at £4,185. If the SP rises to 75p, they will be worth £12,555. If Sidara go to 100p then it's £16,740 in the bank. If they pay 125p then it's worth £20,925. As I don't expect the SP to drop much in the event of no deal arriving next week, it seems a pretty good risk v reward scenario. If they pay 150p a share (as some have suggested), it's £25,110 in my account. Happy Days!
