No Stocky, the pump & dump crew only arrive when a juicy RNS is likely but not definite. In the case of GDR, the juicy RNS has arrived. You know perfectly well that this will continue to rise for weeks to come. Any dumping may occur in the 15-20p range I suspect.

As predicted by myself at 7.15am, the SP will rise only approx 15% on the RNS bearing in mind that investors buy on the rumour and sell on the news. However, this time next month, it will have risen significantly more. Mark my words.

Just topped up again at 4.60p, thanks to panic sellers. This will rise significantly in the long term. A great addition to my ISA.

Just bought early doors at 4.7p after the tree shake. Fingers crossed.

After the initial rise there will be some selling thanks to orders having been placed last week. Quick guys, cancel those old sell orders before you lose out.

HonestM, your first option is probably correct. If there was any risk of NICE rejection, the SP would have fallen off a cliff.
