You are a real plonker Chaiwala. It was obvious to almost everyone that the massive bounce in the SP from only 1.75p last week was due to the inevitability of the NICE recommendation. Have you not heard of the "Buy on the rumour, Sell on the news" syndrome? Maybe you didn't learn that at school?
