RE: As an interested outsider18 Feb 2015 23:01
From SP article: "On its first contract Insetco will have earned $300,000 upfront. And it will earn another $300,000 over five years – so $60,000 per annum. Insetco earns a gross margin of c66% doing this work and has PLC costs of c£250,000 per annum.
So if it can secure 1.5 contracts a year of this size it makes a small profit. Make that four orders a year and it could easily be making £500,000 clear profit and this company has historic losses of c£43 million which we believe means that tax will not be an issue for many a year so profits to cash conversion should be almost 100%.
Conversations with management lead us to expect a string of orders in Q1 2015 and that should put flesh on the bones of forecasts. Some supporters reckon annual profits could well exceed £1 million within a year or so. On a PE of ten that would imply a share price of 0.7p."
