But ONZ does have an Investing Policy, so I assume it needs to be updated in some way to fully comply with AIM rules - ...ONZ has adopted the following Investing Policy: ""The Company will seek to invest a minimum of 75 per cent. of its deployable capital in, and/or acquire companies or interests within, the natural resources sector - in which the new Directors have substantial experience as founders, investors and advisers. The Company will participate as investors in fundraisings for entities being admitted to trading on AIM, in secondary fundraisings, or where such entities plan to be admitted to trading on an Exchange within 18 months of investment by the Company. Investments are likely to be held for the short to medium term in the case of publicly-traded holdings and for the longer term in respect of private holdings until there is a liquidity event when the Company may seek to reduce its exposure. There will be no minimum or maximum limit on the length of time an investment is held. Initially the geographical focus will be Africa and North America but investments may be considered in other regions to the extent that the Board considers that an opportunity exists where significant returns can be made."" etc etc etc Interested to hear from the CEO on this matter..

Indeed. Meanwhile the SP is rising. . All good. Couple of messages on the ADVFN onz board so far today, latest one is about the compelling multi-bag potential here over next few years.
If N4 get a deal then the share price is going to massively re rate. It's really that simple! What a great share to be in.
NT now holds 16%. Shows confidence in where this is heading. Strong buy in my view..
I'd be buying more at this price if I had any spare funds, massive upside potential from these levels. Pity those poor souls who decided to sell based on the usual 'mis-information' from share-muppets.
You'd think that RNS would have moved the SP up somewhat. News sounds good to me anyway.

Investors have flocked to the business after Citywire AAA-rated Woodford (pictured) quit Invesco Perpetual to set up the firm at the start of 2014. Its flagship CF Woodford Equity Income has recently passed the £7 billion barrier to become the largest fund in the UK Equity Income sector, while Woodford Patient Capital (WPCT ) raised £800 million at its April launch, making it the biggest investment trust launch in history. In August the trust issued a further four million shares to meet investor demand. In the 12 months to the end of September the Woodford Equity Income fund has returned 13.1%, well ahead of a sector average of 3.6%, ranking it seventh in its 106-strong peer group. Evening Ramers. I have to say I'm not a great fan of Motley Fool, but their article today on reasons for recent fall in solar energy stocks is perhaps worth a read. Interested in any opinions on this guys eg how relevant is this for RAME? Intro goes like this: "Stocks all over the solar industry have been hammered in 2015. Solar panel makers, project developers, and everyone in between have seen stocks crumble this year. What's going on with solar stocks, and is now the time to buy?" http://www.nasdaq.com/article/whats-behind-the-fall-of-solar-energy-stocks-cm513728
