My overriding emotion is one of deep embarrassment that I allowed myself to be sucked in here by the incessant talking up of prospects which have in every case not been delivered. I will not dabble on AIM again, I am far too gullible.

JD - I agree completely ( I have also asked St. Brides to check whether Sanderson have complied with holding information requirements). I take absolutely no pleasure in the fact that you have ended up in the same place as me which is disillusioned, at best, with the Board and its abhorrent behaviour and the resulting outlook for our investments. I was a former long term supporter of LC but in my view he now has zero credibility on every score. I am feeling sorry myself (there are far more important things in life than KIBO) and I genuinely feel sorry for all genuine LTH's as I don't think anyone has deserved the poor treatment from the BOD. I can look myself in the mirror every morning, can LC do the same?

I think that would be shown as a further increase in their holdings in addition to their taking part in the placing.

A 600% spike here would see a SP of 2.8p at which point you wouldn't see me for dust. The BOD have killed off any goodwill with PI's with their atrociously cynical behaviour and two fingers up, and I for one, can't wait to exit with a large loss as opposed to a massive loss. The warrants stink on every level including the message they give out regarding short term (3 years) prospects of 1p as agreed as reasonable by the Nomad.

So including warrants if taken up we will have issued 272m shares just to pay off £490k of costs already incurred. 34% dilution for £490k. It’s almost unbelievable.

The first £490k has already need spent.

Thanks for the responses to my question. There appears to a consensus in both terms of vastly SP reduced expectations and unhappiness (polite) at the actions of the Board in filling their boots.

Dave, SD, (Wimbo?), SirG, CF and other sensible posters, what do we now see as a positive outcome here? Obviously progression of the projects but I am struggling to see anything close to 4p or 5p in the next couple of years. Other views please? Sonic please don’t bother in any of your guises.

I do find it difficult to reconcile myself with the number of shares we have and will be issuing, 1,911million. Funders of the projects are going to be looking at say 30% equity on funding costs running into £billions for 1050MW. I can’t recall the MCPP capital costs but a figure around $500m is in my head. £100m of equity even at 5p is another 2 billion shares. £300m of equity at 10p is another 3 billion shares. We could easily end up with 5 billion+ shares. Unfortunately I see a share consolidation as inevitable to pave the way for multiples of the current level of shares in issue. It would be great if the company could now be sold for the $100m valuation we have previously used for Sanderson. That’s 6p which I would currently take and run.

Just to keep things in perspective 2p with 2bn shares is a mere £40m market cap. That does of course ignore the prospect of further dilution as we fund the projects.

So that’s 806m plus 442m plus 663m on warrants. That’s 1903m. What’s our total authorised shares?

Even the placing date isn’t fixed but ‘expected to be on or around 16 October 2019‘. I wonder what the definition of ‘on or around’ might be, a day or a week later?
