Yep painful. Like many my first 4m cost me £200k

If Sandersons/Shumba are convinced that this is going places I am sure they will bite LC's hand for a further 11% share of the business. Its only PI's that continue to hold less and less of the pie unless they continue to add as individuals (I have increased my holding by 30% in the last 3 months)

I am not screaming placing but am resigned to the fact that I believe it is coming. Maybe we will have some news which will boost the SP before it happens but the SP/Market suggests it is imminent at or around the current SP

100 million shares at 0.5p or 0.6p is my guess.

Maybe once the placing is out of the way. All the signs are that we are awaiting a placing. Let’s not kid ourselves.

In my heart of hearts I fully expect Q4 to just come and go with nothing definitive just like every other quarter. But I am very ready to be surprised.

I don't get anyone selling now. It's already priced to go bust so why sell now?

JD - As I suggested on Friday (no point scoring intended) it looks like we are just using the Sandersons facility, which is fine by me if it sees us through the MED production, SEPCO buy-in or any other method of longer term funding.

We must have Zero cash currently.

What was the cost of the mining licences?

We must have spent the £227k we had at 30th June and some given the mining licences. Are we to assume we are just using the Sanderson facility?

I don’t doubt that LC is frugal. The problem we currently have is that the current SP (with which for some inexplicable reason LC has constantly said he is not concerned) means that raising tiny amounts of cash required shed loads of shares. Which is why it’s normal to be concerned about the SP.

I think actually knowing our cash position is pretty crucial at this time. It’s the only thing the market is really interested in.
