I understand that the company is in a closed period I.e. where there is material inside information held by the directors which prevents them from dealing in the company’s shares. How come they are allowed to buy in a placing at a 25% discount along with warrants? The whole thing stinks to high heaven. This requires some serious attention.

Dave you are obviously a level headed person. Please tell me that you also think the whole placing stinks. IMO LC et al have effectively waited for their moment to shaft all long term holders. He should be ashamed of himself.

Please tell me I am wrong in thinking the directors get warrants as low as 1p for the next 3 years as that would have to be illegal in some way, Surely??

Board loading up now at 0.45p is so so cynical it beggars belief.

JD - I take no pleasure in being way out as it is 0.45p and 300m+ shares. Maybe we can move forward now. Probably not though.

It was my decision alone to invest a shed load of cash into the ‘it’s not if but when’, ‘at the tipping point’, ‘sending runners every day to pick up the SML’, ‘full support of the Tanzanian government’ MCPP but I honestly never expected LC et al to reduce that investment by 90%. It has to 10 bag from here just to break even. Currently a full scale disaster no matter how hard I try to convince myself otherwise. 55 working days to Xmas. Why am I expecting them just to come and go?

My buys at 0.8 were safe as houses. I now won’t commit at 0.6 as it just keeps on falling.

Totally agree JD but I think that the funding issue needs to be put to bed one way or another. ASAP would be good.

We just dropped £18k into a Katoro placing.

I bought into the MCPP happening in Tanzania and fully expected to be sitting on a nice profit before now. It just didn’t happen though. Still can but in the meantime the investment looks like a stinker.
