Boffer - Your question regarding placing , no real answer. Probably a mixture of Sanderson not allowing use of the facility, needing to sort something so going with a placing and potential, and I stress 'potential' further funding via warrants and taking the opportunity to fill everyone boots while stuffing PIs. I spoke to the Nomad regarding the blatantly untrue statement in the prior RNS but the Nomad is only interested in issues relating to trade investors. LC's credibility is shot to pieces IMO, if not non-existent and he must know that. He has presided over a complete disaster and now openly and blatantly shoved his snout deep into the trough. Shareholder value has unquestionably been decimated. Shares? - my guess would be 2- 4 billion depending on LC et al actually delivering something in the very short term and LC's ability with regard to negotiating a sensible equity buy-in price with whoever he has in mind. History tells us he is likely to give away a huge chunk of the company for very little while securing himself a piece of the action in some form. No suggestion of anything illegal but we now know where he stands with respect to being seen to do the right thing.

Where are we with the actual projects? If the company spent as much time and had the same sense of urgency it does with placing see might have something tangible in which to place our hopes. What is happening with the MCPP and our close friends in the GoT? Where is the overdue Bots mining licence? What about some actual binding PPA’s and offtake agreements? Anything of substance rather than hot air or supplier tie ups.

That just adds to the huge sense of betrayal I have of the BoD.

What’s your point Jax? That it makes someone a bad person to want others to benefit from a perceived great investment opportunity. I did, 3 sons. For 2 of them I bought their shares off them at the price they paid as I was so embarrassed. 1 still holds at a massive (%) loss.

There is no doubt that there is, and has been, something going on with the SP. This has had the effect of providing a moment in time for the BOD and major shareholders to fill their boots to the cost of PIs.

Some numbers from the company would really helpful. Ultimately the SP will provide a market cap reflecting the value of the business. Equity participants should be buying into that ultimate value (at a discount) and not a crappy SP at a moment in time. We (including Sanderson etc) should be looking at owning 70% of the project values. This has potential but the company refuse to tell anyone what that might be. Plus, of course, no one currently trusts them to either realise the potential or to not keep it away from PIs.

I have asked the company to give shareholders some numbers around ‘the vision’ here as there appears to be no understanding of any end game. The last brokers note of almost a year ago was a joke as days later the MCPP was killed off. What are their views on KIBO? Where are their numbers?
