Apparently the price could still go down to 0.1p on news due to the overhang. Some plonker really thinks that good news could leave the company valued at £1million. And this guy (sonic presumably having a discussion with himself) is spouting off like some investing guru. I am not sure what is more painful here, the SP or the idiots posting.

I.e. there is no way the warrants can be explained. They are giveaways to major holders and the BOD. Clear and simple.

No chance. It’s either a crappy investment with 0.8p being a major achievement which is not a great story for the market or it’s a great investment with 0.8p a giveaway. LTH have to hope for the latter so that LC is hugely rewarded for wrecking our investments.

Not exactly encouraging though to see 5m shares sold for a measly £20k when it should be £250k.

Given recent events it looks much more likely that the 7 figure CEO and stuff the long term PIs scenario could take place. That may well have always been LC’s plan and explains his huge reluctance to buy shares and his complete indifference to the SP and the plight of long term holders. I have also eluded to this outcome as I have seen it happen previously. Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing that can be done other than relying on the personal integrity of the CEO. The placing and warrants don’t bode well.

JD has always been a sensible poster. As positive as he should be about his investment but also a realist.

Let’s not kid ourselves, until the placing most if not all of LC and the board’s time, energy and focus would have been spent on securing more cash to keep the company going and their wages coming in. The ultimate deal shows the level of desperation.

He is undoubtedly a complete fruit loop with absolutely no self esteem whatsoever. Someone in the twitter group has obviously upset him and the £2.26 SP must be a constant source of extreme embarrassment. I think hiding away would be a much better option rather than taking on a new persona each day but with the same bitter story.
