That may or often normally be the case but it has to be weighed against stretching working capital requirements to the point where billions of shares are required to be issued at ridiculously low SP levels (partly because the market knows the issue is inevitable) and against a backdrop of KIBO not actually knowing what the words 'efficiently' and 'expedite' really mean.
