It feels as if in terms of SP we are being kept where the company and major holders want us to be. Unfortunately I can see a scenario where the major holders get their hands on the company for very little.

JD, the really frustrating thing is that there is nothing we can do to fix the fact that we have a really poor CEO who treats PIs with contempt. It feels like he has some sort of deal sorted with the major holders and he knows he is safe as long as that exists. We are therefore totally superfluous. Timelines and dates continue to mean nothing so anything in any way referencing timing in a RNS is meaningless.

I was at the shareholders meeting in London about a year ago. At that meeting a representative of the Moz project told the meeting that discussions on private offtake/PPAs were very advanced. One has to ask whether everyone connected with KIBO is economic with the truth or just plain incompetent.

The reason for any rise at present is that we have been told many times that the company is working to agree PPAs by the year end just passed. Unless LC is a complete storyteller we must therefore assume that an RNS ti this effect is imminent.

I have averaged down on numerous occasions over the past 6 months adding around another 3 million shares, exactly because of the point you make. However Captain's comment still remains pertinent as I have now reached a point where I am finding it very difficult to justify adding further. It is time for LC to actually deliver something of value. Something tangible and real which makes investors believe the projects will happen.

A point made by Captaincavalier in recent days which I think speaks volumes
'Ive put in money after money as i believe in the projects at core levels (but they need government support), however every time i think maybe i should bring my average down i physically cant bring myself to do it now as i think ive reached my limit on believing'.

When someone buying 1.5% of the business has no positive effect on the SP.

Back on the way down again. I think the problem is that as soon as anyone thinks seriously about who is in charge of KIBO and it’s recent placing history it looks like a really bad idea.

And there is no defence other than 'we will smash that MC in a much shorter period' which is another way of saying the warrants are a blatant giveaway.

The warrant timelines are nothing short of scandalous. They are based on the company having a market cap of £10-£12m in the next 18 months to 3 years after spending in excess of £40m. Almost unbelievable if this wasn't KIBO. I genuinely have no idea how LC sleeps at night.

I somehow convinced myself that LC was choosing to hold back PPA news until we were properly into the new year. It appears I was wrong, again.

Me too JD but I won’t be singing LC’s praises at 3p.

The problem is Aerial what now constitutes ‘LC pulling anything off’? At 3p many LTH will run for the hills as they will have either broken even or reduced their losses. Those that will have bought the vast majority of their shares (around 1.1 billion of the likely 1.9 billion issued) at either 0.45p, 0.8p or 1.0p) may well be singing LC’s praises as he will have rewarded them well at 3p whilst dumping on other LTH’s from a great height. Sanderson’s have already reaped a chunk of their existing losses back through their huge fees. Anything north of say 6-7p and LC could have recovered his standing with the majority of shareholders. What SP will you cause you to be singing his praises?

Another 10 days of 21% rises and I can walk away break even.

It will need some serious movement on at least one of the African projects IMO

Aerial - 3p+ ( we need to see a market cap of c. £40m with current issued shares or £60m with where we are heading with warrants) That's a long way from 0.375p

I would need to add 13 million shares costing another £50k to get close to 1p. That's not going to happen. Have you added a lot at sub1p to get such a low average?
