To be fair Lurker’s question regarding AGM location is a fair one. I would definitely have made it to London.

JD you may well be right with ‘The game here however has changed, it’s all about long term empire building with two giants and to be blunt, I don’t think they could give two hoots about short term SP anymore.’ However after almost 5 years I find that very worrying because I, and I suspect most LTHs do not want to effectively start again with KIBO’s longer term ambitions of being huge African energy players. LC needs to reward LTH loyalty first before looking after the next generation of investors.

That’s my view too JD but I would hope that the likes of SEPCO, Sanderson and Sechaba know us nside out now and that the funding for the MCPP is already sorted. I have to believe it is for the newer projects otherwise we have an even longer haul.

Can someone tell me the point of the new presentation? It appears that updating the presentation has become KIBO’s main activity and raison d’être.

To be honest I find it somewhat worrying that at this stage the company has the time for and interest in updating the presentation. It is obviously mainly a document for potential corporate investors which, certainly for the MCPP I would expect to be a done deal. Otherwise it tells us nothing new other than NRF and LC have potentially fallen out as neither seem capable of getting the MCPP across the line.

I guess that means a month or two of handing over files.

Oh well we’ve managed to see off NRF and move onto a new legal advisor. I would imagine that many of those at NRF have had long careers working on the KIBO account and are now looking at retirement. I thought NRF were the THE firm for a project such as ours and not just one individual there?

It looks like the BKIPP will happen before MCPP. That’s the Burkina Faso project and LC hasnt even thought about it yet.

I think the answer to your question is yes Mike. I believe St.Brides will pass on your request but perhaps not unsurprisingly (IMO) they are pretty unresponsive and you may have to persevere. I have just sent a 3rd email asking about written questions at the AGM but to be fair I have had ‘out of office emails’ from 2 of the recipients.

SirG. I sent an email asking if they would take written questions yesterday and a follow up email today but no reply. I will try again in the morning.

Already a massive buying opportunity but I suspect no news either prior, or immediately after AGM will see this sink lower. Before anyone suggests it I am not looking for cheap shares. I have 4m+ which is enough exposure here. Come on TG/LC/SEPCO/GE/God or whoever, pull your finger out for goodness sake.

I don’t even know if we have any deadlines or timeline aspirations anymore. I think we are now at the point of waiting to see if the TG actually want this to happen. Given their procrastination on everything else to date we could find ourselves waiting months and months for them to actually pull their finger out.

Oh, I lie, looks like we might visit the 3’s again.

Obviously my reason for being invested here is to make money. However this has to be the most boring share in history. We must have spent 95% of the past 5 years in the 4-5p range. We seem to be constantly waiting for actual milestones to be hit but only hear about new rules, new regulations, workshops, amendments, further meetings, sackings and government changes. Oh for some actual concrete definitive news. Yaaaaaaaaawn.
