The way human nature works suggests that a continuing lack of news will result in this board becoming more unpleasant as the days go by. Let’s try to resist that happening as best we can all (including me).

But I am still expecting 35p

This remains a high risk high return investment. If the PPA and SML happen it’s happy days. If they don’t we won’t know until it’s too late and I would then expect to lose 60-70% of my investment. That’s the risk which I am prepared to take as long as I believe the upside is worth it. By that I mean 15p+++

It looks like my personal back stop of news before the AGM will come and go just like every other timeline. I have tried to make arrangements to get to the AGM but cannot make it happen. The venue really doesn’t help. I suppose I now need to move on to adopt the timeline linked to the SEPCO SDA and then when that is amended move on again. Frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe KIBO.

The fact that I can only get 4.20 for my shares suggests that there isn’t an awful lot of snapping up going on at present.

From 29th June RNS - 'The reformatted IBFS was resubmitted to TANESCO today and the final commercial discussions on the PPA are expected to conclude expeditiously following submission of the reformatted IBFS'. Expeditiously = with speed and efficiency. 4 weeks up on Friday. Its starting to feel like Pauly's prediction of school summer holidays was in fact somewhat optimistic although at the time he first made it, it felt very pessimistic. This just runs and runs and runs........................

We are at 4.2p to sell. Please forgive the sarcasm but it remains a nonsense SP until we hear definitive PPA and SML news.

I am tempted to say it is a meaningless drop on the back of about 1million shares traded but (at least in the short term) it is yet another drop which is likely to be sustained if tangible positive news is not forthcoming.

Possibly without news but the problem is none of us knows just when news might land. If I thought 3.60 was on the cards I would be selling now to buy back in but I have absolutely no idea what is going to happen to the SP over the next week or month. Could be 3.5p could be 13.5p.

I am amazed that after all this time we are priced as the same binary bet we have been all along. The work done to date has counted for absolutely nothing as far as the SP is concerned. The plus side of this though, is that there still remains massive potential upside on the SP.

Most on here (including me) have thought that 2017 and 2018 would be amazing years. 2019 might finally be that year as 2018 is looking like another that will have come and gone with nothing other than more process changes from the TG. You never know though as at some point surely there has to be something definitive from the TG....... doesn’t there?

Mizman. In response to your earlier question, ‘What can LC do?’ Nothing other than persevere. My message to him this morning was ‘Hello Louis. Thank you for today's RNS. I sympathise with you hugely having to deal with the TG. Your patience is impressive and if you can get this over the line hopefully will be well rewarded’.

Sonic - just how often can a ‘clearly defined procedure’ be changed into the latest ‘clearly defined procedure’?

Sonic the RNS only tells us that we are now working on removing the latest obstacles. It does not say these are the last obstacles or that the TG won’t invent some new ones. In fact it reminds us that ‘the process is not within KIBO’s control’ a clear nod to the fact that we have no idea what will come up next. It has become a farce.

History tells all LTH’s that any timeline will be trebled or quadrupled but is never beaten. If 2 weeks is mentioned it’s more likely to be 3 months followed by a new requirement.

This remains so ridiculously open ended. The TG appear to be spending all their time dreaming up obstacles. They need to get a grip and move this forward instead of coming up with pointless pledges and plans. I feel sorry for LC having to work with a government seemingly intent on dragging this out ad infinitum.
